MCi made the transition from Track to myTrack seamless, and the implementation team made it possible to easily integrate with our other systems. The new myTrack platform incorporates all the wonderful features of Track with the added feature of a more user-friendly interface. Its persona-based design minimizes screen clutter for Vendor Timekeepers and Authorizers, presenting them with only the functionality that each needs for their respective role. Redeveloped programming eliminated inconsistencies between allocation screens, making vendor Timekeeper and Authorizer training even simpler. MCi continues to be a product support industry leader, solving any problems quickly to complete client satisfaction with an emphasis on avoiding disruptions to the day-to-day process. It is simple to review the data inside Insights and provides us the clarity for maximizing how we work to get even more from the platform.
