**What do you like best about myTrack?**

MCi made the transition from Track to myTrack seamless, and the implementation team made it possible to easily integrate with our other systems. The new myTrack platform incorporates all the wonderful features of Track with the added feature of a more user-friendly interface. Its persona-based design minimizes screen clutter for Vendor Timekeepers and Authorizers, presenting them with only the functionality that each needs for their respective role. Redeveloped programming eliminated inconsistencies between allocation screens, making vendor Timekeeper and Authorizer training even simpler. MCi continues to be a product support industry leader, solving any problems quickly to complete client satisfaction with an emphasis on avoiding disruptions to the day-to-day process. It is simple to review the data inside Insights and provides us the clarity for maximizing how we work to get even more from the platform. Lastly, our vendors appreciate the improvements and new interface.

**What do you dislike about myTrack?**

The current reporting tool seems a bit cumbersome when designing custom reports. We are told MCi is moving to Microsoft Power BI which will resolve this issue.

**What problems is myTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: Paper-based, manual timesheet and invoicing systems are difficult to read and interpret, and auditing is a nightmare.
Benefit: myTrack system standardizes cost allocation and invoicing for all vendors. Apart from the direct cost savings, there are various indirect benefits that myTrack delivers, including time savings, historical data in one place, and simplicity of invoice reconciliation with pre-audited allocations.

Problem: No way of tracking personnel on site.
Benefit: myTrack access control integration allows us to authorize net billable labor with certainty, as it accurately calculates net billable time from pay rules and assigned schedules.

Problem: Daily, weekly, and monthly equipment rate changes are challenging to audit.
Benefit: myTrack equipment module automatically keeps accurate and consistent equipment rate changes ensuring the most cost-effective rate is always used.

Problem: There is no system for auditing contractor expenditures.
Benefit: myTrack Insights provides user-friendly dashboards with drill-down capabilities, simplifying data analysis and allowing better informed data-driven decisions.

Problem: Cost control and spend monitoring.
Benefit: myTrack provides daily spend monitoring in real time with built-in controls to prevent authorizing spend over purchase order values. Additional controls, such as disabling purchase orders, stop vendors from allocating spend to cost objects that have already been billed out.

**What do you like best about myTrack?**

myTrack is very user-friendly.  Being able to do more than one function on a page is a great time saving feature.  Customer Support for myTrack is the best!

**What do you dislike about myTrack?**

There are some features that were in TRACK that are not in myTrack currently.  Hoping to see them in future updates.

**What problems is myTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using myTrack we are able to  keep the day to day processes with our contractors more efficient.

**What do you like best about myTrack?**

The customizations on all screens in myTrack and being able to export all screens into Excel. The myReports function inside of myTrack is great for users creating custom reports. Ask myAssistant is also a very useful tool in myTrack.

**What do you dislike about myTrack?**

Finding application bugs when working in the software.

myTrack is helping solve being over/double billed by Vendors
