What I like best about Mphasis’ Salesforce.com Practice is its combination of deep industry expertise and end-to-end service delivery that goes beyond just implementing Salesforce. They don’t offer a one-size-fits-all solution—instead, they leverage prebuilt accelerators, best practices, and agile methodologies to deliver faster, high-quality implementations tailored to each industry’s needs. Their ability to integrate cross-cloud solutions—covering Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and Financial Services Clouds—ensures that clients get a unified, scalable Salesforce environment. I also value their strong managed services model, which provides continuous improvement, strategic guidance, DevOps support, and analytics without the need for additional in-house resources. This blend of technical skill, industry focus, and ongoing partnership makes them stand out as a trusted, long-term Salesforce ally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about Mphasis’ Salesforce.com Practice is that, while their capabilities and expertise are impressive, the breadth of their offerings can sometimes feel overwhelming for new clients who are not yet mature in their Salesforce journey. With so many services, accelerators, and cross-cloud solutions available, it can take extra time and effort to clearly identify the right starting point or prioritize initiatives. Additionally, because they work across multiple industries and geographies, resource allocation and availability of niche experts may occasionally be stretched, especially during peak demand periods. This can lead to longer lead times for certain specialized engagements. However, once the right resources are aligned, the quality of delivery is consistently strong.
