A few exceptional things that Moz includes, which I'd love to add here. Moz has its ultimate matrics which are DA (Domain Authority) and PA (Page Authority) which show the relevency, strength, authoritativeness, trustworthiness, and effectiveness of a website in the form of numbers on a scale of 0 to 100. It has crawlers better than Google that crawl websites and look for issues with the website. Its bots crawl backlinks rapidly and generate reports in a very professional yet simple manner. **What do you dislike about Moz Pro?** Moz has builtin a Keyword Researcher tool that isn't that relevant compared to other tools present in the market. It contains an option which is called 'Link Tracking Sheet' where one can manually invite Moz crawler to crawl websites or backlinks but that feature lags sometimes and takes a while to crawl even a few links. Its Rank Checker tool sometimes shows inaccurate rankings on certain keywords. **What problems is Moz Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** The metrics (DA and PA) that Moz has, helps me track my SEO efforts. And the second thing in Moz pro, which I like, is the spam score checker tool; it helps me to find out the spam links through which I can easily manage the spam score of my website. **What do you dislike about Moz Pro?** Mainly two things which I don't like, 1. Moz pro did not provide the information in graphic style. This feature crawls your website (up to 500,000 pages, if only we had so many) and evaluates for any errors or issues that could hamper SEO performance. I was really shocked at how many items came back on our website. It quadrupled the backlog of items we need to fix and address. Moz automatically updates each website weekly, but you can also crawl on demand a certain number of times per month. **What do you dislike about Moz Pro?** Can sometimes be overwhelming to a new user, with more features than you know what to do with. I would appreciate a user guide or something similar. Moz does set you up with a 30-minute initial consultation, but since those consultations are two to three weeks out you essentially have to figure it out on your own. I also wish Moz would be a little more proactive on suggestions for keywords and links.
