I would like to see a better way to group keyword rankings on reports so we can give statistics on primary keywords, secondary, etc. Most agencies add additional, harder to achieve keywords after the first year but you really need to give more value to achieving first page rankings on those keywords than the branded ones they may already be ranking for.
