I like how it's pretty robust and comprehensive with all the different tools it pulls together (keyword research, site audits, rank tracking, backlinks report, etc.). The automated reports that can be customized are so helpful. We run in-depth reports for our internal team and then send monthly reports for the client that show the most important insights. This way they are not inundated with unnecessary reporting and only see the high level overview of what is most important for people without SEO knowledge to understand; their rankings and visibility! I would like to see a better way to group keyword rankings on reports so we can give statistics on primary keywords, secondary, etc. Most agencies add additional, harder to achieve keywords after the first year but you really need to give more value to achieving first page rankings on those keywords than the branded ones they may already be ranking for. The Site Crawl tool is another huge plus. It automatically audits my website, flags technical SEO issues, and, most importantly, gives clear, prioritized recommendations on how to fix them. This is a game-changer, especially for a small team, as it removes the guesswork from technical SEO. The ability to re-crawl a site on demand to confirm a fix has been implemented is also a very welcome feature.

The biggest limitation is the 300 keyword cap, especially since local and national versions of the same keyword each count separately. I like the dashboards for quick end of month, quarter and yearly reporting across all of our sites. I also appreciate the critical alerts and lists of page improvements. As a really lean team, that lets us triage where to spend our time and more than once has flagged issues that we weren't aware of before they became bigger problems.
