What do you like best about Moveworks?

What I like most about Moveworks is how seamlessly it integrates with tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams and can actually resolve issues without me having to raise a manual ticket. In my experience, it’s especially helpful for common IT requests such as password resets, access requests, or simply checking ticket status. It feels almost instant and cuts down on a lot of back-and-forth with support teams. I like how Moveworks makes it easy to find the stuff associates are looking for through the AI Search. It's a one-stop place where you can integrate many applications. What do you dislike about Moveworks?

The UI currently is not engaging for the associates. Also, when we integrate Moveworks with ServiceNow, it takes out a lot of useful functionalities like Taxonomy on the portal. We have an established portal that's engaging to the associates, so if it could keep the current UI we have on the portal and just integrate the Search functionality, it would be very helpful. Sometimes, when it comes to niche projects or department-specific queries, it still gets confused or gives generic answers. If they could make it a bit more “deep of company context" or allow more customizable training, that would be great. I like that Moveworks is easy to use for the end user and easy to set up the intake and knowledge for the agent. It's convenient because we have it set up to intake issues from the end user via chat, so they just have to click on the bot and ask what it needs. I also appreciate having the ability to log in and modify what it sends and what it can review easily, which makes adding new materials and areas of scope easier. When customers get information from Moveworks, they receive links that aren't listed on the agent's side, causing chaos when agents need to take action and remediate knowledge articles. Additionally, the way to gather information on ticket deflection is limited to a thumbs up or down.
