I like that I can color code things, which is important for me because my brain works in colors, so it helps me tell at a glance what I need to work on. These features not only keep me organized but also reduce manual work, saving me time and making it more likely to keep track of project details without dropping the ball. Sharing information with people who aren't already familiar with the platform or using monday Work Management can be frustrating. Team members who don't already have a monday Work Management account or external stakeholders, like third-party collaborators, can't really be brought into my monday.com environment. This means those communications have to stay through email or other means, and I then have to manually transcribe them into monday Work Management to keep track on my end. I asked it to provide a simple formula to auto-move things into a specific group, based on a column change of a formula, and AI recommended a specific automation, and when I went to add that automation, I keep getting an error message. That said, I still think there’s a HUGE learning curve, especially as our teams have grown so much over the last 5 years I’ve been using it at this company. For me personally, I use it literally every single day at work. Having the possibility of tracking tasks, projects and pending stuff we need to keep track of in our company. UI is very user-friendly and anybody can jump in and learn the essentials in a short amount of time, saving adoption times during onboarding process for all new users. AI helper can make some mistakes but I believe it's still coniderably dependable and helped me a lot for specific migration tasks between workspaces. Performance is top-notch, any decent internet connection will work with the solution. I have not tried the integrations yet, but I did browse a bit, they seem very well-thought-out and easy to set up, I will most likely start using the Gmail ones to make sure emails can be converted into tasks for easier tracking.
