Didn't take long to integrate. **What do you dislike about Mitto SMS?** A few bugs and the user interface is not as polished as some others but for the price, the service is great and reliable. **What problems is Mitto SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to use SMS and WhatsApp in our customer sales and retention. eMail is great but we find that these additional channels have a much better engagement rate and help us push our sales to a higher level. ### 2.
