They start sounding unhappy when reporting is too thin to answer what happened last Tuesday. Cloudflare&#39;s free tier genuinely covers the first list, which is rare, and the ScoutDNS and DNSFilter reviews read like the sweet spot for teams that want per-site policies without enterprise plumbing. My rule of thumb from comparing these: if a feature only matters once you have a dedicated security team, you don&#39;t need to pay for it yet.
