The document capture feature works very smoothly. Additionally, we can forward items from our internal AP mailbox to the Mineral Tree capture email, which means our vendors no longer need to use separate email addresses to send us documents. Implementation and integration with SAGE Intacct were very easy and did not take a huge commitment from our internal team. The software worked as promised from the start. To review the accounting coding used for an invoice, the approver must log in to the software and search for the specific invoice. However, most approvers do not take the time to do this; instead, they simply click the Approve button without checking the accounting details. This often leads to additional re-work. While they continue to make changes, I don't feel they listen to their customers about what improvements we want. I have been using this product for 8 years, and I still have the same requests I did when we moved onto MT. 1) They still can't handle credits within MT; 2) They don't have valuable reporting, nor a way to create your own reports; 3) They cannot read ship to addresses to distinguish vendors between locations; 4) They updated the main invoice page and now you have to do more clicks to see everything you need to because they added tabs; and 5) They have not tightened up the invoice coding area.
