"A Complete Solution for Workplace Communication"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

I like how Microsoft Outlook combines email, calendar, and task management in one place, making it easy to stay organized and productive. Its clean interface, powerful search feature, and seamless integration with other Microsoft tools like Teams and Excel help streamline my daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

At times, Microsoft Outlook feels slow or laggy, especially when I’m working with large mailboxes or dealing with multiple attachments. The interface can also be overwhelming for new users, since there are so many features and it takes time to learn where everything is. On top of that, the search function doesn’t always return accurate results, and syncing across devices can sometimes be unreliable, which occasionally leads to delays in receiving emails. "Outlook’s Powerful Search Makes Email Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

I use Outlook every day for business and when I have to switch to Gmail for personal use I am always dissapointed because it does not have the same features I am used to with Outlook. I think the best feature is the use of search for previous emails that I've ever sent or received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

There isn't really anything I dislike about Outlook. It's the most advanced email tool I've used. And now that Microsoft has integrated Copilot, it's even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
