"Love Outlook!"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

Outlook is a great tool for communication, where you can have several emails installed at once and has so many feautures than other tools may not. I love how easy is to use it and even if you have the free version, there are so many things you can use and do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

Sometimes when a server is down, it will send all emails to the Outbox but then it won't let you get back or recover your emails that are already in the Draft section and that you can't close Outlook if there are emails in the Outbox without losing some of them. "Seamless Outlook in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem – strong integration & helpful support"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

We use the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem in our company, and Outlook integrates seamlessly into it. The close integration with applications like Teams, SharePoint, Lists, or Forms significantly facilitates the workday. For example, the connection between Teams and Outlook and the calendar synchronization, which allows both personal and shared team calendars to be coordinated easily, is very practical.

Outlook also offers many helpful features for daily communication, such as the delayed sending of emails or out-of-office notifications, which are also synchronized with Teams. Copilot is also a useful addition, as it greatly simplifies written correspondence and assists in formulating or summarizing messages. The basic functions of Outlook are intuitive and easy to implement, and depending on the user, the whole thing can of course be customized, which, however, requires advanced technical knowledge.

It is also worth highlighting the support: It is now significantly faster and very helpful. Additionally, the self-help videos provided and the content in the Microsoft Learn app are very helpful for better navigating the Microsoft universe and learning about new features. Outlook is indispensable in the professional environment and is used several times a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

Due to its extensive range of functions, Outlook can initially seem somewhat complex, especially for new users. Without a brief introduction or training, many helpful features often go unnoticed or unused. Because of the many dimensions and design possibilities, the systems are naturally more complex. "Easy Email Organization, Great Calendar View, and Impressive Co-Pilot AI Tools"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

I love how I can view and organize my emails. I also appreciate how the calendar view looks and operates and how many meeting platforms have integrations. Recently I've been impressed with the AI tools and integration of Co-Pilot. I enjoy being able to snooze emails to return to later, pin and flag. I also love how I can turn on my out of office on Teams and Outlook will automatically turn it on as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

The latest version does not work with mail merge which is disappointing. This is such a classic feature so I am unsure on why it is not included. I would love it if AI could read emails and draft responses as opposed to going to Co-Pilot and entering the text in for a response. The search feature isn't always the best and so that can also be a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outlook Covers the Essentials and Integrates Smoothly with Productivity Tools Like Zoom, & Grammarly"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

For basic functionality, Outlook does everything you need to communicate effectively internally and externally. When used within an organization, its collaborative features are further enhanced when paired with Microsoft Teams. Outlook also makes it easy to integrate with other tools, such as Zoom and Grammarly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

While Outlook excels in basic functionality, this holds the platform back from advancing with features found on other platforms, like Gmail. It took them years to implement a check to prevent sending an email when you mention the word "attachment" without actually attaching anything. There are other basic settings, like creating a 5-second delay with the ability to cancel sending an email, that are also missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Easy Email Tool with Great Automation Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

The best thing about Outlook for me is being able to send automated HTML emails to clients every day, which I find really interesting. I run these automated emails through Power Automate, and they’re delivered accurately to clients at the scheduled time each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

One thing I dislike about Microsoft Outlook is that it’s not as easy to sign up for other tools compared to Gmail, which offers a “Sign in with Google” option on most platforms. Also, Outlook feels more work-focused, whereas I tend to use Gmail more for newsletters and the content I read daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the most is the capabilities of email , which is needed in any email service, and the organization of different inboxes in a clear and centralized format Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

I dislike the UI and its competition with Google. Growing up, most all my emails were on google. But now, I’ve had to acquire outlook for my professional career and get frustrated that I must oscillate between different interfaces and inboxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Outlook: All-in-One Email, Calendar & Tasks with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

The thing i like most about Microsoft Outlook is the fact that it integrates email, calendar and task management. It is a trustworthy, simple to arrange talks through folders and regulations, and is also smoothly integrated with the rest of the Microsoft 365, which makes everyday communication and scheduling more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

The feature i hate about Microsoft Outlook is that at times the interface appears crowded with numerous panes and features appearing simultaneously. Search is sometimes inconsistent and with large mailboxes, there can be reduced performance. It is strong, however it might require time to adapt it to my workflow.
