I really haven't used much of the AI, but I do like that when I access it from my mobile app that AI has summarized email so I already have an idea of what I am going to read. Outlook is very intuitive and can be linked to many different Microsoft applications, and even to non-Microsoft apps. It’s a great way to manage all my emails, even when they aren’t Microsoft emails. The calendar is the best tool for keeping me on track during the day; I honestly can’t organize all my meetings without it.
