What I like best about Microsoft Outlook is how it combines email, calendar, meetings, and task management in a single application. It makes daily communication and scheduling much more organized, especially when working with multiple teams and clients.
The calendar and meeting features are very convenient because scheduling calls, sending invites, and managing reminders can all be done quickly from the same place. I also like the email organization features such as folders, rules, flags, and search functionality, which help manage large volumes of emails efficiently.
Another advantage is the integration with other Microsoft tools like Teams, Excel, Word, and SharePoint. Since everything works together smoothly, it improves productivity and reduces the need to switch between multiple applications throughout the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike about Microsoft Outlook is that it can sometimes feel slow or heavy, especially when handling large mailboxes or older email archives. There are occasional sync delays and performance issues, particularly after updates or when network connectivity is unstable.
The interface also has a lot of features and settings, which can feel slightly overwhelming for new users. Some configurations, especially related to rules, shared mailboxes, or account settings, are not always very straightforward.
Another minor issue is that search results can occasionally be inconsistent when trying to find older emails or attachments. Overall, it is a very useful platform, but there are times when performance and usability could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
