What do you dislike about MessageGears Platform?

What do you like best about MessageGears Platform?

I love that it keeps our customer data in our own systems and behind our firewalls. Enhanced security and privacy are huge factors for us. It also allows greater flexibility with that data - we can integrate it with our existing data architecture. The dynamic content and personalization options are also huge benefits for us. What do you dislike about MessageGears Platform?

Most of the issues we have aren't necessarily the fault of MessageGears as a platform itself but rather our implementation or the way we've set it up. Having all the connections to internal infrastructure can be a double-edged sword. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MessageGears Platform?

That it's a completely different type of ESP. I like how it layers directly on top of our data and allows us to utilize every aspect of it. Whenever we have had any issues the team is extremely fast to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MessageGears Platform?

There's a little more SQL involved than I initially expected, I was sold on more of the drag and drop and "for the marketer not developer" type stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not as much of a dislike and more of an opportunity - the UI is not as 'marketer' friendly as some of the other UIs I've seen. It's very easy for our IT team to get into the tool and use - a little less intuitive for marketers without a lot of technical background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
