"Megacall is good telephony software"

What do you like best?

FIrstly this software has a great autodialer system managing all the essential calling activities of the industry. This tool is very god for making international calls and saves both time and money.

What do you dislike?

While using this software, my system is alittle bit unstable and while searching for any particular contact number, it takes too much time. But in terms of calling, it is very good.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Some great features like auto dialing, voIP and many other features are added which are really so good but due to inability of my system to handle this software, I changed to another software which is lite is data consumption.
