Mavenoid isn’t just a tool that leaves you on your own after everything is set up. They’re genuinely invested in making sure the setup goes smoothly and that your overall experience and journey with the product is a success.

**What do you dislike about Mavenoid?**

There is a learning curve to Mavenoid. It can take a while to get familiar with the setup, layout, and overall configuration. Even some of their more advanced features take practice to fully understand. That said, you’re not left to figure it out on your own. Their team is available to answer questions, review the flows, and help ensure the setup doesn’t have a negative impact on the CX.

**What problems is Mavenoid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mavenoid is the tool to use when you need self-service support for issues involving a physical product. Being able to help customers quickly, in the moment, with Wi‑Fi-related problems was a real game-changer for our customer support. The help it provided allowed more customers to self-serve or improve the quality of information passed along to the agent to provide a speedy resolution.

What stands out most about Mavenoid is how easy it is to build and deploy guided troubleshooting flows without requiring deep technical knowledge. The visual flow builder is incredibly user-friendly, allowing our team to create complex decision trees to handle common technical support issues across our product line consumer electronics.

While the platform is powerful, the analytics and reporting capabilities still feel somewhat limited. It’s sometimes hard to get granular insights, such as specific step drop-off points or detailed search query patterns, without exporting data and doing additional work outside the platform.

**What do you like best about Mavenoid?**

The thing that impressed me the most about Mavenoid has been the people behind the product. They are prepared for every meeting, make great efforts to understand our business and processes, and participate in implementation. Our account manager and the supporting product team have been outstanding and benchmarked against two dozen other SaaS providers in our tech stack. The program is intuitive and easy to use. It took us about 30 minutes to get trained. Implementation was quick and painless. The integration and implementation was almost completely handled by the Mavenoid team.

**What do you dislike about Mavenoid?**

I wish the customer-facing presentation could be customized a bit more. It would be nice if we had more control over the "look" of the widgets to better align the customer-facing parts of the product with our brand assets. Our team handles about 600 customer interactions daily, so we spend about 8 hours a week reviewing the data insights from customer interactions and updating/improving our framework.

**What problems is Mavenoid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mavenoid is helping our customers quickly find the answers to their product and support questions without having to open a paper manual, or chat with a live agent. This has reduced customer service friction and time resources allocated to customer support.

We've been using Mavenoid's suite—including the voice assistant, self-service virtual assistant, live chat, and generative answers—and it's been a game-changer for our support operations. The AI voice assistant handles after-hours queries seamlessly, giving our customers instant help even when live agents aren't available. The self-service tools are intuitive and help deflect a significant portion of tickets, while live chat ensures complex issues are still handled by humans when needed.

What really stands out is the quality of the generative answers. They’re accurate, relevant, and have dramatically improved resolution times. Mavenoid strikes a great balance between automation and human support, and we’ve seen both customer satisfaction and internal efficiency improve as a result.

The initial setup and training of the AI models required a bit more hands-on effort than expected. That said, the Mavenoid team has been responsive to feedback and continues to roll out updates.

I have yet to find one. Although there may be some limitations, these do not have a great impact or effect on trying to support customers.

What I like most about Mavenoid: 

1. Easy to use, along with advance technology. (AI Rewrite, Search Gap)
2. Lots of support guide available, and fast responses from the team. 
3. The purpose of the Mavenoid Assistant tool. Help us build troubleshooting guides and FAQs for customers to use during operating hours and non-operating hours.

**What do you dislike about Mavenoid?**

Mavenoid is still growing, learning, and evolving. Sometimes, there are little bugs here and there, but the support team act fast to resolve it. Somethings still need to be audit such as hyperlinks. Nothing is perfect, yet.

**What problems is Mavenoid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

General FAQs and common issues are being answered quicker without the need to contact a live agent and during non-operating hours. This saves the customer time and allows us to focus in other areas of the business.

Provides our customers arounfd the clock access to answers. It's an excellent resource.

Honesty can't this of one thing.  When we're creating a product flow, and have questions, the support from the Mavenoid team is the best!!

Mavenoid is allowing our customers to get answers when we're not here. Evenings, weekends, holidays.  People using our chat tool are finding answers, that save a phone call into my call center.

It is so easy and intuitive to work with. No coding skills are needed. Mavenoid covers all our needs to support our business.

The development of the Mavenoid is fast. It can be difficult if you haven't planned your resources properly.

**Recommendations to others considering Mavenoid:**

This will change the way how you support your customers. No more answering the same type of support calls over and over again. Mavenoid takes care of them and leaves you the most tricky ones.  But, it now has a smart way of reporting the call content and adding the new problems and solutions to Mavenoid models, so you can continuously update the models.

Technical issues in our equipment fleet. We have achieved time savings and with that, customer satisfaction. This makes our work faster when facing some difficult time-consuming tasks.

Everyone who I've worked with has been supportive, accommodating and has understood our workflows very well. Jakob is a great assest to Mavenoid and has worked with us from the beginning. The platform itself is very easy to understand and use.

There have been a couple of things on our wishlist, which we have not yet been able to have in Mavenoid, however, the team has taken these away to their internal teams to see if they could be developed in the future.

**What do you like best about Mavenoid?**

It is easy and complex - at the same time. 
It is very easy to get started, combined with the great help of the people at Mavenoid, and the tutorials. It is very intuitive to set it up and create flows that in the end will help the users, customers or technicians to solve even complex problems or issues. 
And it is highly complex, with rules that can be applied, API-calls etc, that really makes the solutions really powerful if adapted in a good way.

**What do you dislike about Mavenoid?**

It is the same schism that made Mavenoid even exist. How to bring the information to the user to solve a problem when they need the help? The interface is nice and easy for users to use and interact with, but  there seems to be a barrier towards interacting with the product. 
When they do interact, though, they tend to enjoy that they can sort out issues themselves.

**What problems is Mavenoid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are driving a company that provides a solution that contains hardware, physical products. And we can do this without a technical support function, simply due to all issues found to date have been descriped in Mavenoid. So it empowers the users to themselves sort out issues or get answers to questions that they might have in a flexible way, without haveing to interact with us via email or phone.

**What do you like best about Mavenoid?**

Mavenoid is a great self-service tool for our customers to quickly get answers without waiting for an agent. Mavenoid is always coming out with new features to support our complex workflows - we have been able to automate our repair forms, live support escalations, create email lists, and more.  Everyone on the Mavenoid team has gone above and beyond to make our experience exceptional, especially Anton. Whenever we ask for new features to be built, new report types, or to book meetings, their team is on top of it and replies immediately with solutions.

**What do you dislike about Mavenoid?**

The backend can be a bit overwhelming for new people. I have found training others on how to update or add flows a bit difficult. This is partially because our flows are very complicated, but maybe some materials on how to train teams or how to bring new people into the Mavenoid building process would be appreciated.

**What problems is Mavenoid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since the launch of live chat, our team has been getting many of the same types of questions, taking away their time to focus on more complicated and sensitive cases. Mavenoid has helped us deflect all these common questions and troubleshooting items. Since launching Mavenoid, we have solved over 10,000 inquiries using the Smart Assistant. Without Mavenoid, we most likely would have needed to hire five additional agents to handle this volume of incoming tickets. Mavenoid has also helped us automate some processes that were manual before. Mavenoid improves our customer experience because customers no longer have to wait for agents for most inquiries and can initiate repairs and returns seamlessly using the Smart Assistant.

**What do you like best about Mavenoid?**

Mavenoid presents really well to customers and was also very easy to set up with the one-click integration from our support site.

It is very easy to manage and make changes, plus the analytics are very helpful.

It has exceeded our expectations in reducing ticket volumes and taking care of the really basic questions, meaning our team can focus on more complex tasks. Can highly recommend.

The support team are always very quick to respond to my requests, seemingly 24/7.

**What do you dislike about Mavenoid?**

This is a difficult question to answer as the service is fantastic. The only thing I would like to see is a grid on the flow page so I can line up my nodules better (I may just need glasses).

**What problems is Mavenoid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing ticket volumes, answering questions very quickly for customers so that they can self-serve and have their issue resolved without the need for a human support agent.

As this reduced a LOT of the simple questions we were being asked we were able to train the customer support team to complete other tasks, so it greatly improved efficiency.

My favorite part about Mavenoid is the AI suggestions feature which I believe will add a lot of great things to our self help paths once users start asking questions. I also love how easy it is to setup and manage

At first it was very daunting to be able to use the system, but with the help of Anton it became much easier. Could be beneficial for future customers of Mavenoid to get a how to video to make them feel more comfortable using it sooner.

Mavenoid is solving the problem of having to hire a large support team to answer questions and support customers with things that are already located in the user guide and faqs. Now I dont' need a big team to support users until they have exhausted the AI based self help platform built using Mavenoid

**What do you like best about Mavenoid?**

The ability for the customers to al least attempt to self help. Reducing the incoming enquiries by a large percentage. This allows our team to focus on being more pro-active and not as weighted on being re-active. The ability to send a customer a link to create a video call so that the team can see exactly what is wrong with the product is so simple and effective. The whole process from start to finish has been excellent and have been supported in making the most optimal decisions to allow for us to best serve our customers. The continued sync meetings to ensure we are utilising Mavenoid to its full potential is allowing us to adapt to great data analytics provided.

**What do you dislike about Mavenoid?**

As a new adopter it is quite difficult to name something that I dislike as I am probably not using the service to its full potential. If any feedback at all it would be great to add a new user account from an administration level.

Reducing incoming enquiries and allow our 
Customer who are not as quick to help themselves do so with the quick search and find functionality. It is helping our customers who are new to EV charging the ability to share screen and show our team exactly what they are having an issue with to allow for a quick response and efficient support experience.

**What do you like best about Mavenoid?**

Mavenoid has been a great company to work with.  From the sales process (Felipe is a rockstar) to the implementation, the company is A1. They take the time to understand your business and needs.  They do their research!  So refreshing!  We are super excited to continue expanding upon their technology.

**What do you dislike about Mavenoid?**

None that I can think of.  The product is working great for us.  The team was excellent.

This product reduced my workload by 90%. It gives me the time to focus on more important tasks in other departments.

I don't have any issues it's consistently worked well.

I highly recommend support agents and business managers strongly consider this solution. It's multiple times more effective than more well-known competitors. Our self-service resolution rate went from 38% to over 95%.

The user expects immediate resolution, Mavenoid predicts and answers all customer issues before it gets to the support agent. It's saved us a lot of time, money and exertion.
