"Streamlined Asset Management with Outstanding Support"
What do you like best about MapTrack?

The AI features in MapTrack are great for minimizing the cost of admin and supporting field tasks efficiently. I really appreciate the detail possible in managing each asset, which includes easy categorization with the AI feature. This makes it simple to upload specific asset details. Before MapTrack, using a WhatsApp group for managing assets was unmanageable, but now I can keep track of asset testing, tagging, service scheduling, and repairs effectively. I find it really beneficial that with MapTrack, our team knows equipment availability for scheduling work with multiple users. The support from the MapTrack team in personalizing adjustments for our specific use case has been impressive, and the initial setup was detailed enough to allow each asset to be uniquely identified, even among similar models. What do you dislike about MapTrack?

What do you like best about MapTrack?

Maptrack is providing useful for tracking our smaller equipment that we use.

The new platform is so much easier to use, has so many more features.

While there have been some teething problems while getting familiar with navigating the platform the team at Maptrack have been very helpful and available to assist me when needed.

The team at Maptrack uploaded everything from the old platform to the new platform including photos with relative ease.

With all the features that the new platform offers we will be able to report on what is due for testing and tagging, calibration etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MapTrack?

I like MapTrack's nice design, and it's really easy to use. The AI functionality makes adding assets easy, which is super helpful for a business-critical software like this. What do you like best about MapTrack?

It’s really easy to use and doesn’t take long for the team to pick up. We like how simple it is to scan assets, check them in and out, and see where everything is. The QR code feature and customisable forms have made it much easier to manage our equipment. It has also helped us keep people accountable because everything is logged automatically. The reporting is clear, and we can finally see what’s being used and where, which saves us time chasing things down. Customer support is excellent as well, they always respond quickly and actually help, which is rare these days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MapTrack?

The initial setup took a bit of time because we had to enter a lot of data upfront, but once that was done, everything ran smoothly, support helped us import our existing spreadsheet which sped it up a lot. Initial Effort: The initial data input of the system required some effort.

The support team is exceptional, providing knowledgeable and quick responses and consistently improving features. the database allowing myself to see where all current tools area spread between multiple sites.

What do you like best about MapTrack?

Tool management. QR tags on every above ground and inground equipment, guys scan in 3 seconds. Dashboard shows who has what, where. Zero lost tools now. 5/5. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MapTrack?
