It’s really easy to use and doesn’t take long for the team to pick up. We like how simple it is to scan assets, check them in and out, and see where everything is. The QR code feature and customisable forms have made it much easier to manage our equipment. It has also helped us keep people accountable because everything is logged automatically. The reporting is clear, and we can finally see what’s being used and where, which saves us time chasing things down. Customer support is excellent as well, they always respond quickly and actually help, which is rare these days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The initial setup took a bit of time because we had to enter a lot of data upfront, but once that was done, everything ran smoothly, support helped us import our existing spreadsheet which sped it up a lot.
