MapTrack helps construction, civil, mining, facilities and field service teams manage tools, equipment, plant and fleet across sites. Keep asset records, QR tags, documents and service history together. Record who an asset is assigned to and its recorded location, complete digital inspections and audits, and organise maintenance with schedules and work orders. One work order can cover multiple assets, with a separate pass or fail outcome for each. MapTrack runs in a browser and can be installed as a progressive web app on phones, tablets and computers. Load forms and work orders before leaving reception. Loaded forms can be submitted offline. Loaded work orders can be completed offline, including procedures, per-asset outcomes, time and costs, then sync when the device reconnects. Creating or first loading a work order, setup, imports, exports and server-side automations need a connection. Configured GPS or telematics data can be linked to asset records. Device, integration and rollout requirements should be confirmed for the intended workflow.
