The UX is a bit frustrating on different levels. I just needed this tool for a few simple sales email campaigns and I can't say it's reliable as sometimes you launch a campaign and wouldn't start or uploading contacts can keep hanging for a while.
Also if I need to just add a few contacts by hand. I can only type the email addresses and not populate other fields like name, company etc. so I need to add them while a campaign it's paused, and rush to find them and then populate those fields myself before sending out or they wouldn't get personalised emails.
Could use some improvement. The features and offering are great for the price but I feel like it's that kind of tool that once you land a couple of customers and can afford better sales engagement solutions would be fast replaced by Apollo.io or others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
