President Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) 7/5/2020 "Beyond Excellent, Professional Repsentative, On-Point Terminal Setup" 5/5 What do you like best about MagicPay Merchant Services? I reached out to magicpay because my POS system requires special integration and I saw on their website that they advertise they can integrate to POS systems. I spoke to a representative who was very knowledgeable and super understanding and right away told me what I needed. I was skeptical at first since I have been looking for a merchant account before that can connect to my software, but previous providers at the end were not able to assist. To my surprise, I have received a fully programmed PIN pad, all I had to do was plug it into the ethernet and power cord and it was ready and connected to my POS software. Although there is not much bad to say, their verification process required me for my personal information, including ID and a SSN check. What problems is MagicPay Merchant Services solving and how is that benefiting you? I solved the issue of being able to integrate my credit card processing to my point of sale software. Coming to MagicPay from another provider has made me skeptical about the industry in general. After having a conversation with one of the representatives at the firm I was impressed with the knowledge about the industry, unlike other reps, at MagicPay they knew the answers to every single one of my questions and were very patient. If you sign up for their online statement you have to manually register for it after the account is activated. If you do not register to it then the statements will not be emailed to you...
