I spoke to a representative who was very knowledgeable and super understanding and right away told me what I needed. I was skeptical at first since I have been looking for a merchant account before that can connect to my software, but previous providers at the end were not able to assist. To my surprise, I have received a fully programmed PIN pad, all I had to do was plug it into the ethernet and power cord and it was ready and connected to my POS software. **What do you dislike about MagicPay Merchant Services?** Although there is not much bad to say, their verification process required me for my personal information, including ID and a SSN check. Looking back I understand why, but when doing the application it seemed odd, since I am a business. **What problems is MagicPay Merchant Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** I solved the issue of being able to integrate my credit card processing to my point of sale software. Now I do not have to do manual batch work and reconcile payments every night. ### 3. After having a conversation with one of the representatives at the firm I was impressed with the knowledge about the industry, unlike other reps, at MagicPay they knew the answers to every single one of my questions and were very patient. Overall, great customer service experience. **What do you dislike about MagicPay Merchant Services?** If you sign up for their online statement you have to manually register for it after the account is activated. If you do not register to it then the statements will not be emailed to you... **Recommendations to others considering MagicPay Merchant Services:** Go for it! **What problems is MagicPay Merchant Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** My industry is kind of unique and being able to process credit cards is a essential for our business growth.
