**What do you like best about Madison Logic Platform?**

I think the Madison Logic Platform has lots of good views on the dashboard, which is very helpful for seeing all the content syndication and display ads that we run. It's easy to look at our ads by target account list or different ad levels to see which ones are performing best. The click-through rate and all those metrics are right there, and it's very easy to click around and find the data I need. The initial setup was quite easy, thanks to really good account managers who helped us set it up quickly, especially for launching our content syndication and display data. I find it easy to use, and all the data is there. The dashboard is nice and easy to read, which is great.

**What do you dislike about Madison Logic Platform?**

I think there's some limitations with the dashboard, especially when I try filtering by date range. There are a few bugs or hiccups with the platform where I can't get the exact view that I'm looking for. I also think it could be a little bit easier to export data into Excel.

**What problems is Madison Logic Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Madison Logic Platform for B2B marketing, running display ads, and getting content syndication leads. It offers good dashboard views to monitor content syndication and ad performance, making it easy to find necessary data.

**What do you like best about Madison Logic Platform?**

What honestly stands out the most for me is how the platform connects intent data directly to real account activity in a way that actually makes sense for our team. The MLI Score is something I check regularly now because it gives us a clear signal on which accounts are actively in research mode versus just passively existing in our target list. That alone has changed how we prioritize our outreach.

The UI is really easy to navigate and everything is where you expect it to be. Reports load fast and the dashboards are straightforward so you can get to the data you need without any hassle. For a platform that does this much it is surprisingly simple to use and the performance has been consistently reliable. No complaints there.

The support and onboarding experience has been fantastic. We had a full walkthrough when we got started so we understood exactly how everything works and we still have weekly check ins to stay on top of what is happening with our campaigns. That kind of ongoing support makes a real difference.

The Trending Topics feature is something I find myself using all the time. It shows you exactly what your target accounts are researching at any given moment which makes it so much easier to align your content and messaging to what buyers actually care about right now.

**What do you dislike about Madison Logic Platform?**

Would love to see more customization options in the dashboards down the road but nothing that has been a dealbreaker for us

**What problems is Madison Logic Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Madison Logic we had no clear way of knowing which accounts were actually in a buying cycle. Now with the MLI Score and Trending Topics we can see exactly which accounts are actively researching and what topics they care about which has made our targeting much more focused and effective.
The Persona Engagement data helps us understand which titles and roles are engaging at each account so our outreach is always relevant and timely rather than generic.
Content syndication solved our lead quality problem. We are consistently reaching the right decision makers at the right accounts which has made a noticeable difference in how we prioritize and execute our marketing efforts.

I like that the Madison Logic Platform is very seamless and easy to work in. It delivers a lot of deep insights, which is something not all content syndication vendors offer. Having that level of data accessibility into our content syndication efforts is super useful. I also appreciate the support from the Madison Logic team during the setup and integration process, as it made everything easier.

**What do you dislike about Madison Logic Platform?**

Sometimes, seeing high level data and insights that will be useful to us just by opening the platform is difficult. Sometimes, we'll have to navigate around the platform to search for the things that I need instead of them being presented to me immediately. For example, I would love to see what leads we have received for each asset right when I open the platform, and that's something I'll have to navigate around to find.

I use Madison Logic Platform to generate new leads and deliver middle-of-funnel content to nurture leads down the funnel. I like the Madison Logic Platform because it provides a lot of great data, including insights and research activities of our key target account list. The account insights are helpful, as they allow us to share research activity directly with the sales team. This is beneficial because it gives the sales team direct contacts and knowledge of the account's problems.

The Madison Logic Platform itself is somewhat tricky to use. Those account insights are helpful, but require sifting through manually which I don't have time to do on a regular basis. I would love if we could highlight specific insights that can be monitored across our target account list, then get email notifications when that activity does occur. Automated reporting would be extremely helpful. It would also be great if Madison Logic could integrate with DemandBase.

**What do you like best about Madison Logic Platform?**

I like the team of account managers at Madison Logic Platform; they've always been very strong and quick to act. It's also great that I can clearly see my results broken down by account and by pieces of content. This helps to speed up time because I can identify which pieces of content perform well and then choose to promote them more on other channels. The clear breakdown of results is really helpful. Also, the initial setup is fairly straightforward with the platform, as I just need to provide the relevant landing page, email copy, and content to the account manager, which is pretty quick. Additionally, I can guarantee exposure to large-sized companies and good quality contacts at those companies.

**What do you dislike about Madison Logic Platform?**

I think cost per lead is naturally quite high, I guess, you could say. There's a challenge because costs are rising. As well, sometimes contacts don't fully know what business they downloaded from, which can be a bit jarring when telemarketers then phone them up.

I use Madison Logic Platform to drive high-quality contacts into our CRM and solve increasing cost per lead and low-quality data issues on other platforms. It speeds up decision-making by showing content performance, allowing us to promote effectively.

II thought the overall concept was very solid! I also thought the weekly cadence calls were very valuable.Margaret facilitated the meetings with value.

**What do you dislike about Madison Logic Platform?**

After the series of TALs was given to Madison, the sequences seemed like the best I had worked with. However, about a month into the program, I began to realize that the TAL information was—or at least seemed to be—very inaccurate. The prospect information started to look very similar across all accounts, and worse yet, we were unable to reconnect with 98% of the alleged leads, or the contacts stated they had never had a conversation with Birlasoft/Madison.

**What problems is Madison Logic Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem Madison was brought in to solve was our lack of pipeline due to bandwidth constraints here at Birlasoft. In many ways, it initially seemed like the issue had been addressed across the board. However, the information we received from Madison ultimately turned out to be very inaccurate. As of today, not a single MQL has converted into an SQL.

I like how Madison Logic Platform delivers quality leads with a near-immediate impact on our pipeline. The leads' quality and true engagement stand out when compared to those from other vendors, driving our pipeline more quickly and organically. I also appreciate the seamless integration of the lead upload process, which means once the programs are set up, there's very little I need to worry about. The setup was very easy too, and I find Madison Logic to be one of the highest-performing products among the multiple vendors and products we use.

Madison Logic are consistently evolving the way they work to best suit the needs of the team, and our respective clients. They ensure any communication is handled in a timely manner, and no ask is too big.

The platform is extremely user friendly, giving options to set different KPIs dependant on the parameters of a campaign. 

The team are always on hand to troubleshoot any issues that may occur, or to run through demos of how to get the best out of their service.

It's something we have integrated into our weekly workflow, and really helps with our reporting. The ease of integration and implementation means allows for holistic visibility across all activities.

Some features may require a demo to talk through the full remit of functionality, but this is something the team are on hand to support with at any time

One drawback is that for a global company needing to use different billing entities, the platform cannot be shared. As a result, even though we are part of the same company, we are forced to maintain several separate platform interfaces, each of which requires its own integration setup.

Madison Logic platform offers valuable insights on the leads it generates, including their likelihood to engage with our content. It provides visibility at both the account and lead level, helping us identify the right contacts to reach out to. The data is detailed and goes down to a granular level, making decision-making more effective. It is easy to connect with Salesforce CRM and Marketing automation tools like Marketo and Pardot.

As a B2B marketer, Madison Logic has been a game-changer for our ABM strategy. We were struggling to really pinpoint who to go after and how to get sales the insights they needed. Madison Logic changed that.

What I Like Best:

- Intent Data is Gold: This is huge. We can actually see what accounts are actively researching our solutions, allowing us to target precisely. No more guessing!
- Multi-Channel Power: It's fantastic to orchestrate campaigns across so many channels – from content syndication to display and even CTV. We're hitting our target accounts everywhere they are.
- Sales Alignment is Real: This is probably my favorite part. Sales gets real-time alerts on account activity, so they're always reaching out when the iron's hot. It's truly helped us bridge the gap between our teams.
- Measurable Results: We're finally able to really prove ROI and see how our ABM efforts are contributing to pipeline.

If you're serious about ABM and want to see actual alignment between your marketing and sales teams, you need to check out Madison Logic. It's an investment, but the ability to focus on in-market accounts and accelerate deal cycles is worth it.

Honestly, it's a powerful platform, and the learning curve can be a bit steep initially if you're not fully immersed in ABM concepts. But their support has been helpful.

**What do you like best about Madison Logic Platform?**

What I like best about the Madison Logic Platform is how seamlessly it handles audience segmentation and list-based targeting for ABM campaigns. The ability to build precise segments and export them directly to LinkedIn streamlines the activation process and saves a lot of manual effort. It’s especially helpful when working with curated account lists I can easily match intent data with our target segments, then push them into LinkedIn without unnecessary steps or data loss. This also helps us avoid additional data transfer or activation fees from third-party platforms.

**What do you dislike about Madison Logic Platform?**

I’m still in the early stages of using the Madison Logic Platform, so I haven’t had the chance to explore everything in depth yet. That said, the one issue I’ve run into so far was a technical challenge when trying to connect my LinkedIn account to export audiences. It took some extra troubleshooting to get the integration working properly. While the support team was responsive, it did slow down the initial setup.

**What do you like best about Madison Logic Platform?**

The team is very easy to work with and very flexible with setting up campaigns that make sense for our business and our audience. Their platform makes it easy to track leads from campaigns and their intent tracking is also great so that we can really target people already showing interest in the type of content we are offering. Turnaround times for getting campaigns launched is very quick so when we are in a pinch needing a new stream of leads, we can get that going fast.

**What do you dislike about Madison Logic Platform?**

We have had some issues with integrating the leads directly into our Marketing Automation System and CRM, but I think those issues are partially on our end. We use CSV lists as a workaround.

Madison Logic is helping us generate top funnel ICP fit leads that are already showing some levels of buying intent through targeted content syndication.

We use Madison Logic for MQL generation within our list of target accounts. They have been able to deliver on lead goals in the time required. Our team is incredibly attentive and helpful.

It took us a little while to get the integration set up with Hubspot, but it turned out to be an issue on our end. They jumped on the phone and helped us figure our what we had done wrong.

Most recently, we had about 500 target accounts that we needed to generate leads within. We had our own content to promote and they helped syndicate it for us. I've been using Madison Logic since 2014.

Madison Logic handles everything when it comes to a lead generation campaign. They really listen to your needs and go above and beyond when it comes to results. They also provide great data which helps for other campaigns we participate in.

It is still a content syndication campaign so you do need to prepare accordingly on what to do with leads when they get delivered to you. However, Madison Logic does guide you on best practices so it's just a matter of setting it up.
