
What honestly stands out the most for me is how the platform connects intent data directly to real account activity in a way that actually makes sense for our team. The MLI Score is something I check regularly now because it gives us a clear signal on which accounts are actively in research mode versus just passively existing in our target list. That alone has changed how we prioritize our outreach.
The UI is really easy to navigate and everything is where you expect it to be. Reports load fast and the dashboards are straightforward so you can get to the data you need without any hassle. For a platform that does this much it is surprisingly simple to use and the performance has been consistently reliable. No complaints there.
The support and onboarding experience has been fantastic. We had a full walkthrough when we got started so we understood exactly how everything works and we still have weekly check ins to stay on top of what is happening with our campaigns. That kind of ongoing support makes a real difference.
The Trending Topics feature is something I find myself using all the time. It shows you exactly what your target accounts are researching at any given moment which makes it so much easier to align your content and messaging to what buyers actually care about right now.
