**What do you like best about Lummy?**

The chatbot was easy and quick to add to our website.
I'm happy with it as it now handles the basic questions I used to spend a lot of time on (typical questions about our treatments, the prices, our clinic etc).
This reduced the amount of emails I need to answer, which gave me a few hours back each week. 
Fewer patients now wait for us to reply before booking a consultation, the AI answers well

Nothing major comes to mind, useful small tool

**What problems is Lummy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a lot of questions that were repetitive and would take a lot of my time to answer. The AI handles all the basic questions
Our patients get most questions answered instantly which I feel helps with our bookings
