I find LumApps incredibly useful for our internal communications and staying updated on employee engagements and feedback. It serves as a central place where I can see everything happening across the offices which enhances our understanding within the company. Its integration with Slack and being a backend part of our intranet further powers this experience, making it seamless to know what's happening within the organization. The platform's setup was done for our team, making it easy for me to use without any complications on my end, although I recognize that HR spent a significant amount of time setting it up. I appreciate how LumApps just works well, and it has become a seamless part of our operations; I would definitely consider purchasing it again in the future. I would like LumApps to have better integration, particularly for reviews and similar tasks. It is easy to publish, we have a strong intuitive navigation, search works well, metadata is very helpful in sorting information, easy-to-use widgets to create different types of content. Because the technical team is primarily in France it can be difficult to get quick resolutions to issues that may arise. LumApps also is a newer platform and many use cases that we want to implement may be their first time doing so, which can cause a lag.
