Especially concerning data security and customer care, they are enormously conscient and helpful. Even more the possibilites are far more than simple internal communication. We can actually link and communicate the whole array of local documents and guidelines and so far have just scratched the surface of process support. It's not beekeepers disadvantage. It's more that in a traditional, classical work environment beekeeper is a true step up. Thus the staff wasn't able to envision what is possible and reacted a bit defensive and careful.
