We rely on their software, website, app, and self-service kiosk daily across all our departments and four locations. Their tools are easy to use and integrate seamlessly with our system and point of sale (POS). The customer support is fantastic—quick and always there to assist, which has made our transition smooth. Plus, their pricing is reasonable. They provide one dashboard for all sales management, and we also get marketing tools, a loyalty program, analytics, and email marketing features. LocalExpress also supports us with our product catalog management. Their data fusion tool allows us to add comprehensive product details, like various product images, packaging information, size options, diet tags (such as vegan, keto, gluten-free), nutritional details, and allergen warnings, along with 40+ other fields to keep our data accurate. This truly makes a significant impact. For food retailers or supermarkets looking for efficient solutions, I highly recommend LocalExpress software. They handle all operational needs quickly and with high quality. Ease of implementation. **What do you dislike about Local Express?** I wish we had heard about LocalExpress sooner. We really should have been using it much earlier. I feel like we've missed out on a lot of valuable time without it, but I'm really glad we eventually found out about it. **What problems is Local Express solving and how is that benefiting you?** LocalExpress has truly transformed how we handle our daily tasks, making everything much easier. One major improvement is having all orders in one place. Before, we dealt with in-store, online, and marketplace orders separately, which was confusing. Now, with everything on one platform, it's far more organized. Another advantage is the easy integration with our POS and marketplaces. We didn’t have to change our existing system. LocalExpress works with what we already use, saving us significant time and effort. Inventory management and restocking have also improved. It's now much simpler to maintain stock of essential items. The automated replenishment feature helps prevent running out and cuts down on waste. Our customers have noticed the difference too. They enjoy using our branded website and app, finding online ordering much more convenient, which encourages them to return. Additionally, both delivery and pickup are quicker now. Managing the final part of delivery used to be tricky, but LocalExpress makes order fulfillment more efficient. Overall, everything runs more smoothly now. We’re saving time, and our sales have increased. We just wish we had started using LocalExpress much earlier! ### 2.
