The customer service is fabulous and the delivery people are professional. The app is easy to use, and the website is well designed for shopping and for leisurely browsing. You may not find the variety of staple brands that you can find at a physical grocery store, but Fresh Direct's house brands are just as wonderful as the brands that you are familiar with. I use it weekly. **What do you dislike about FreshDirect?** It needs a better way to track when a delivery is coming they have no map they will just say in transit and then give you a two hour window which means having to wait. It would be nice if fresh driect had a live map and regular updates to show how far away your delivery is but other than that it's a great app **What problems is FreshDirect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Convenience and time savings are the key benefits. ### 2. If I can't make it to the grocery store, I always know FD is an option. They also offer a lot of really delicious options that are their own brand, and unique choices. They also categorize items in a useful way, with sections that can help you discover something new and delicious. The app is easy to use and I rarely have issues using the app or with my orders. **What do you dislike about FreshDirect?** The app is sometimes slow, and the search isn't always the best (but what search is). Prices are on the higher side, but you pay for convenience. **What problems is FreshDirect solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to quickly and easily order my groceries for delivery without interrupting my day! ### 3. The system was easy to use, and I shoped frequently. **What do you dislike about FreshDirect?** No real issues. Through their simple platform and wide range of products, I am easily able to purchase mass groceries in a simplistic click and add process. The food is mostly always arriving as expected and deals can be easily accessible through tabs clearly labeled. **What do you dislike about FreshDirect?** FreshDirect does not always have the best times available and typically cannot order food for same day delivery. Sometimes hesitant to order food that is made by FreshDirect as I am unsure of its origins. **Recommendations to others considering FreshDirect:** FreshDirect is a great option if you are prepared to trust others to pick out your grocery items. Ease of use is a great benefit and quickness of delivery is ok, if you have planned in advance! Especially easy if you are ordering for a company as there is no limit on amount you can order and fabulous for events. **What problems is FreshDirect solving and how is that benefiting you?** FreshDirect does not always provide the freshest options. Many times, I have ordered a dairy product that had been molded. Contacting customer service with a photo of the food that had issues is quick and easy and they always provide a refund and typically a few extra dollars added to the account for the problem at hand. ### 9. Images are typically helpful because if someone wishes to purchase something, seeing how it looks aids the shopper. I also like how there are different categories on the site, one of which being health eats, which allows for me to find the healthiest options to purchase for club events that my internship chapter hosts. **What do you dislike about FreshDirect?** Something I dislike is how the site sometimes is down for me-I am not sure if this is a personal phone/computer issue. Other than that, there aren't many issues with the site/things that I dislike. I do wish that there was a halal option though for the lifestyle section, given there generally a good portion of Muslims/halal eaters in our group. I also think that there should be other types of life style food categories aside from just the one's listened, such as maybe more cultural types of food. **Recommendations to others considering FreshDirect:** I would use fresh direct if you want easy access to fresh and healthy food. **What problems is FreshDirect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fresh Direct provides healthy options which allow for the food that we wish to provide during our events and/or meetings to be of better/higher quality. One benefit I've realized is that the ways in which the site is set up allows for us to explore the variety of options present for different types of food categories and will allow for my fellow colleagues to more easily figure out/discuss what we should purchase for our meetings and/or events. ### 10.
