Fresh Direct is very convenient. The customer service is fabulous and the delivery people are professional. The app is easy to use, and the website is well designed for shopping and for leisurely browsing. You may not find the variety of staple brands that you can find at a physical grocery store, but Fresh Direct's house brands are just as wonderful as the brands that you are familiar with. It needs a better way to track when a delivery is coming they have no map they will just say in transit and then give you a two hour window which means having to wait. FreshDirecdt makes getting groceries easy. If I can't make it to the grocery store, I always know FD is an option. They also offer a lot of really delicious options that are their own brand, and unique choices. They also categorize items in a useful way, with sections that can help you discover something new and delicious. The app is easy to use and I rarely have issues using the app or with my orders. FreshDirect has helped me throughout times that it is difficult to get to the grocery store. Through their simple platform and wide range of products, I am easily able to purchase mass groceries in a simplistic click and add process. I like how there are images on the fresh direct page for all of the food. Images are typically helpful because if someone wishes to purchase something, seeing how it looks aids the shopper. I also like how there are different categories on the site, one of which being health eats, which allows for me to find the healthiest options to purchase for club events that my internship chapter hosts. Something I dislike is how the site sometimes is down for me-I am not sure if this is a personal phone/computer issue. Other than that, there aren't many issues with the site/things that I dislike. I do wish that there was a halal option though for the lifestyle section, given there generally a good portion of Muslims/halal eaters in our group.
