At my store, SMS is used for keeping up with Purchase Orders and various reporting which is great. You can also order more inventory right from the interface. SMS has been updating their systems with upgrades and their customer support is great. You can call them and they will work right on the issue, and keep you in the loop with the progress.
What do you dislike?
There are a handful of problems with the integration, but SMS is usually pretty responsive to work on the issues.

It makes ordering much easier, it speeds up the process and of course it has the history of ordering available, and the option to view and generate various reports
