LoadProof is the premier supply chain solution for tracking the quality of both inbound and outbound shipments due to its user-friendly interface and detailed retained information catalog. Whether being used to reduce and eliminate freight claims, providing data for continuous improvement projects or as training material for associates, I have found LoadProof to be an invaluable tool and an absolute must have in the warehousing and transportation business in which I operate. I would like to see LoadPoof enable users to “go back” into an uploaded file to add additional comments or information. Possibly even providing a field for “follow-up actions,” which would afford a singular, all-encompassing database of information on potential issues, claims or complaints. It is a little difficult for multiple users to use a single device throughout the day. A user is unable to log in until the previous user has logged off. You are unable to log off when in the middle of a load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LoadProof has been a game-changer for our brand's experience in utilizing 3PL fulfillment providers for freight storage and shipments. Previously, the 3PLs would have to take photos of each load and upload it to an email or to a shared folder for us to receive the photos. It was a manual and tedious process that could result in the 3PL either forgetting to upload the photos and/or providing poor-quality photos. LoadProof is a much quicker and more intuitive platform that gives us the info/photos we were hoping for.
LoadProof gives us confidence and peace of mind knowing that we'll be able to confirm that freight shipments are being handled as expected. I cannot think of anything that my team doesn't appreciate about LoadProof. It is a crucial safety blanket service that our 3PL provides to troubleshoot freight shipments that were damaged while in transit. It helps us identify the root cause of the damage, whether it's poor packing, wrapping, or loading by the 3PL. From a support point of view, it is straightforward to administer. Very user-friendly interface as well, requiring minimal training for the staff. We take these reviews very seriously because sometimes this is the only way we learn about issues in our product, we are happy such an avenue exists and we immediately address those issues, for example we have some old customers that started early on they shared some feedback and it turns out that they did not know that this feature was already available in LoadProof, it was an opportunity for us to go back and train those old users. Also if the product has any serious bug we would rather someone tell us than let it linger on, so we can immediately fix that as well. We look at ourselves as car makers whereas our users take those cars and race them, this is true for any system vendor, so if you have an issue about the product please let us know, we will not only fix that immediately but also make sure that does not happen again.
So having said all this, in order to offer such a robust system that will take care of your data so well in a mission critical fashion, it costs us quite a bit and we have kept that cost reasonably low, in 98% of the scenarios we have found that the LoadProof subscription cost for the entire year is only the cost of 2 or 3 or 4 pallets you ship. So a blunt message saying price is too high or steep does not help anybody, It would be beneficial for all of us, Also please look at all the other reviews, everyone has mentioned that the tool pays for itself in a very short amount of time, if you email us, set up a meeting and talk to us, we will be more than happy to address it. Also when you onboard multiple facilities your cost goes down significantly, this is especially helpful for 3PLs, as they don’t manage their inventory cost, their benefits are only in terms of labor cost and operational efficiency. What I like best about Load Proof is that it provides an excellent way to keep our customers updated with their cargo coming in and going out. We have a record of every single load we do on how it arrives/ships in case our customers complain that there were damages or shortages of freight. We have made sure to fully implement this into our system when loading and unloading, as it provides a security measure when a damaged product comes in. Our forklift drivers love using Load proof because it is so easy and simple for them to use, and they no longer have to save and email the pictures to us. I do not have to chase our forklift drivers for photos anymore. I also like how easy it is to have access to or share pictures/videos within and outside our company. I would recommend this to all warehouse operations as it is a useful and efficient way of having proof of receiving and shipping loads without any shortage or damaged cargo. While we do love load proof, there is some issue we do have. One of the issues about load proof is that you cannot zoom in while taking pictures. You have to be close to the container and product to be able to capture. In addition, after you take the picture, you are unable to click it to see if the picture is clear or to see if you need to retake another. You need to upload first and then check to see if everything is visible. Another issue with load proof is the links you share with customers to see pictures or videos of their cargo expire after a certain time. Our customers often continue to request the link in order to have access to the pictures. When recording a video, sometimes it would come out blurry, but you will not be able to notice until it has been uploaded into the system. I would like load proof to offer a recap for each user of what they unloaded or loaded on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part of this software is the interaction we have with our customer(s) and the conversations and data that we have to back up what we are sending out or receiving should be the correct way we sent it out or the same way the warehouse that sent the product. If there is a discrepancy with an inbound or outbound shipment, we have proof on our end on how it was sent with load bars and air bags, this then can be pushed to the carriers on what happened! Holding everyone accountable to deliver the best product we can is key when building relationships in warehousing. We also like how user friendly the web based software is. Easy set up or users, all information is displayed on a dashboard, there is a place where you can email an entry to whomever you would like, but the receiver is a bit tricky. The email gives a link to the entry, but if that customer is not set up and given credentials, that would block them from seeing the entry. Would there be a way to just send an email but in the email instead of the link to the website, be a download of a .zip file with the pictures in them? That would relieve the need to set up a specific customer to “view” the entry! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn’t anything to dislike about the hardware or software! Maybe a suggestion would be in order, possible to create an export that gives a main .zip file with exported separate files with the specific title. In this case, the individual files would be the shipment IDs that we put in the submission so we can take that and look it up in our WMS. Other than that, this software captures EVERYTHING that we need in the warehouse to succeed! I also added in the “What do you like best…” part that when sending these entries to customers, entering an email address is fine, but the recipient is only getting a link to something they cannot log into; a fix could be to have an export of the entry in a zip file to send instead, so no need to log into a website once or twice and forgetting the username and password. No matter what web browser anyone uses, it doesn’t mean that they will never forget your username and password! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
