We did a wrapper-mounted deployment of LoadProof, and came in the next morning to train the users, but they were already using it successfully. The features are well thought thru to do exactly what is needed, and the LoadProof team is on-call to assist with any custom need. **What do you dislike about LoadProof?** LoadProof runs on any mobile device, so it does typically require the user to manually snap photos, which can add up to a bit of time throughout the day, but the benefits of having a "Load-Proofed" load far outweight this small overhead. **What problems is LoadProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Chargebacks, chargebacks! No one likes them, and they are almost impossible to fight, so our customers were just "eating" the charges. Not anymore! The thousands of fees and damaged product recovered thanks to Load Proof has more than paid for the subscriiption itself. Not to mention, the ease in navigating when using the application. Material Handlers are able to download the application into their phones and with the simple touch of a button, capture the quality of the picture. The website itself is very simple to use as well, for looking up photos of shipments. As an administrator user, I can easily navigate to any adjust a need to make to our account, such as, adding or deleting users. I would strongly recommend this software to any business in the "Logistics" world. This definitely saves a lot of headaches and frustrations with both Incoming and Outgoing shipments. I also want to emphasize the great customer support that company offers. They are quick to answer any questions or concerns you have regarding the product. In the current climate of supply chain with longer than expected lead times for items, customers expect high quaility material upon delivery. LoadProof helps ensure loading accuracy and quality upon leaving the warehouse/distribution center. It provides that last line a defense when receiving claims from unhappy customers that what they received was damaged or incorrect. There have been countless instances where LoadProof helped our customer save money on damage claims, mis-shipments, trailer numbers, and manhours associated with rework for outbound orders and inbound orders. At our facility, we use LoadProof for our outbound flatbed loading and offloading inbound rail cars. We handle drywall which can become easily damaged when handled multiple times. The ability to take both videos and pictures gives the user flexibility when documenting and uploading order information. The application is very user friendly and therefore easy to implelment and integrate within current processes. Whether using a tablet or smartphone, the application is readily available to all associates. **What do you dislike about LoadProof?** The picture and video quality can be grainy. When using LoadProof on a tablet or smartphone/mobile device, hold it steady and do not make quick movements to avoid low quality images. Adequate WiFi/cellular connection to avoid upload issues. Previously, the 3PLs would have to take photos of each load and upload it to an email or to a shared folder for us to receive the photos. It was a manual and tedious process that could result in the 3PL either forgetting to upload the photos and/or providing poor-quality photos. LoadProof is a much quicker and more intuitive platform that gives us the info/photos we were hoping for. LoadProof gives us confidence and peace of mind knowing that we'll be able to confirm that freight shipments are being handled as expected. I would rather invite you for a demo to show them all, please book a demo here - https://loadproof.com/apply We take these reviews very seriously because sometimes this is the only way we learn about issues in our product, we are happy such an avenue exists and we immediately address those issues, for example we have some old customers that started early on they shared some feedback and it turns out that they did not know that this feature was already available in LoadProof, it was an opportunity for us to go back and train those old users. Also if the product has any serious bug we would rather someone tell us than let it linger on, so we can immediately fix that as well. We look at ourselves as car makers whereas our users take those cars and race them, this is true for any system vendor, so if you have an issue about the product please let us know, we will not only fix that immediately but also make sure that does not happen again. So having said all this, in order to offer such a robust system that will take care of your data so well in a mission critical fashion, it costs us quite a bit and we have kept that cost reasonably low, in 98% of the scenarios we have found that the LoadProof subscription cost for the entire year is only the cost of 2 or 3 or 4 pallets you ship. So a blunt message saying price is too high or steep does not help anybody, It would be beneficial for all of us, Also please look at all the other reviews, everyone has mentioned that the tool pays for itself in a very short amount of time, if you email us, set up a meeting and talk to us, we will be more than happy to address it. We will also help you find ways that you can save more with LoadProof because now LP has the ability to be very quickly deployed in multiple functional areas of your Supply Chain network so that you can get more out of the system, which is what many of our customers are doing, they typically start with Outbound and then go Inbound, Quality Audit, Trailer Inspection, multiple shifts, self audits and many more functional areas. Also when you onboard multiple facilities your cost goes down significantly, this is especially helpful for 3PLs, as they don’t manage their inventory cost, their benefits are only in terms of labor cost and operational efficiency. We have a record of every single load we do on how it arrives/ships in case our customers complain that there were damages or shortages of freight. We have made sure to fully implement this into our system when loading and unloading, as it provides a security measure when a damaged product comes in. Our forklift drivers love using Load proof because it is so easy and simple for them to use, and they no longer have to save and email the pictures to us. I do not have to chase our forklift drivers for photos anymore. I also like how easy it is to have access to or share pictures/videos within and outside our company. I would recommend this to all warehouse operations as it is a useful and efficient way of having proof of receiving and shipping loads without any shortage or damaged cargo. One of the issues about load proof is that you cannot zoom in while taking pictures. You have to be close to the container and product to be able to capture. In addition, after you take the picture, you are unable to click it to see if the picture is clear or to see if you need to retake another. You need to upload first and then check to see if everything is visible. Another issue with load proof is the links you share with customers to see pictures or videos of their cargo expire after a certain time. Our customers often continue to request the link in order to have access to the pictures. When recording a video, sometimes it would come out blurry, but you will not be able to notice until it has been uploaded into the system. I would like load proof to offer a recap for each user of what they unloaded or loaded on a daily basis. **What problems is LoadProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Load proof is helping us become more organized and efficient when documenting the status of the product. As previously mentioned, our forklift drivers used to save and email these photos. Whenever customers would request any pictures, it takes an insurmountable amount of time to locate the pictures due to the high volume of emails we receive on a daily basis. Now it is as easy as a couple of clicks on our tablet to be able to access any and all pictures. This saves us time in this fast past environment we work in. If there is a discrepancy with an inbound or outbound shipment, we have proof on our end on how it was sent with load bars and air bags, this then can be pushed to the carriers on what happened! Holding everyone accountable to deliver the best product we can is key when building relationships in warehousing. We also like how user friendly the web based software is. Easy set up or users, all information is displayed on a dashboard, there is a place where you can email an entry to whomever you would like, but the receiver is a bit tricky. The email gives a link to the entry, but if that customer is not set up and given credentials, that would block them from seeing the entry. Would there be a way to just send an email but in the email instead of the link to the website, be a download of a .zip file with the pictures in them? That would relieve the need to set up a specific customer to “view” the entry! **What do you dislike about LoadProof?** There isn’t anything to dislike about the hardware or software! Maybe a suggestion would be in order, possible to create an export that gives a main .zip file with exported separate files with the specific title. In this case, the individual files would be the shipment IDs that we put in the submission so we can take that and look it up in our WMS. Other than that, this software captures EVERYTHING that we need in the warehouse to succeed! I also added in the “What do you like best…” part that when sending these entries to customers, entering an email address is fine, but the recipient is only getting a link to something they cannot log into; a fix could be to have an export of the entry in a zip file to send instead, so no need to log into a website once or twice and forgetting the username and password. No matter what web browser anyone uses, it doesn’t mean that they will never forget your username and password! **What problems is LoadProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** What we didn’t know in the beginning is that the software is super user friendly, it’s all web based and as long as the people that need to use it have the access to it, makes it even better! After a couple of weeks with the tablets, we have noticed communication on an uptick as when an entry gets entered, an alert is then sent to the team on what was entered. We could even have the export of the entry in the email so logging in isn’t always necessary! We also incorporated the tablets to our Guard Shack where they check in and out trailers, this is helpful with their 15 sided check when checking in, they can take pictures of the trailer and have a breakdown of what they are seeing so we are safety checking in and out truckers! ### 21. To effectively use LoadProof it may be necessary to get your employees some training in photography. Believe me, speaking as a photographer not everyone knows how to take clear and useful pictures. Most phones are capable of taking high-resolution, quality color photos, but the people behind the camera may not be as equally qualified and competent. Specifications are needed to make sure you get everything you need to ensure the image will have the details needed to document the case in question. Again, not LoadProof's problem but I am sure we are not the only user that has this problem. Just something to keep in mind to make the best use of this product. This might have changed but I believe you are restricted to only using cell phone cameras. The use of cameras would be nice. **What problems is LoadProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem that this program helps us resolve is investigating customer order issues. Whether it be damage to the product, missing product, the quantity shipped, or packaging issues LoadProof has been instrumental in addressing these concerns. It is often very difficult to understand the cause of many problems. Factors like where, when, who, and why are sometimes almost impossible to determine. At the very least we will know what our shipment looked like when it left our facility. That is usually all we need to prove. If not all, it that is one of the most important first steps to deciphering a problem. From there, many times the issue is shifted to a third-party contributor and we are absolved of the claim. Another very helpful use of LoadProof is during internal audits. Knowing the issue is a vital need in problem-solving. A million words a photo provides could mean the difference in resolving or not resolving a question. It is hard to fix something if you do not know what is happening. ### 23. Loadproof allows us to easily collect This information, it provides scannable fields so we can easily use the barcodes on our documents such as bill of loading and in turn photograp the load and the BOL. It captures the users login ID so we can ensure we are getting full participation from our shipping employees. The cost model is very affordable as prices are reasonable for the 100 user subscription. The system has good notification functionality in that it can email A distribution list when inspections are done. It also allows for us to do Multiple things. Just set up the meta data columns and data types and then when you go to build a form pick which columns you want and leave others off. This allows us to have a Load Inspection and a Mobile. Equipment checklist im the same app with the same user administration. User administration is easy so it can be given over to a admin person in shipping and not involve IT. Also if you want to share forms or data between facilities the product is set up to allow it. I recommend this product to other companies and users. **What do you dislike about LoadProof?** The only thing that I disliked about Loadproof was that when I bought my initial license count of 30, several of my licenses were already used by my corporate counterparts. When I asked for an explanation the Loadproof guys did a very good job of explaining it to me so I was okay with it. I was told I had the option of putting my installation into its own corporation which would mean all licenses were mine but it would cost more. By joining other facilities in my same corporation a few license are used by corporate admins but the overall Cost was much lower. There developer and customer support guys are great at working through any dislikes you might have. **What problems is LoadProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Loadproof is being used to solve several Things. We have a requirement by our primary customer Walmart to have a documented picture of every load from Empty to Full and tied to the BOL. Loadproof allows us to do this. As you can very well imagine, this process was excruciatingly time-consuming and extremely frustrating at times. However, with the introduction of LoadProof, everything became significantly easier. There are no fiddly bits, and every step of the process is clean and simple to follow-- starting with the touch-activated camera function (which does both photo and video), all the way through to the file storage parameters you dictate. The off-site photo server on the LoadProof website is easy to navigate, allowing me to recall our data on command. LoadProof has already saved us a ton of money that we might otherwise have had to shell out to our customers in chargeback fees for apparent mis-ships our consignees received, which ended up being the carrier's responsibility. **What do you dislike about LoadProof?** The server recall function from the LoadProof website produces a unique long hyperlink for each photo, which requires me to paste (and then format) a bunch of long links in my emails to customers every time they put in a request. Fortunately, the site does allow you to copy ALL of the links from a particular shipment to your clipboard with just one click. This feature comes in pretty handy, considering the slight drawback mentioned above. **What problems is LoadProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to have quite a few billing adjustment requests every month from certain customers, which we couldn't account for in terms of the quality of our work here. Being a small business, we would take these financial hits in stride since it's often difficult to prove to our customers that we're shipping their orders out in full and loading them securely enough for shipping. But these adjustment claims would increase in quantity over time, and we could not figure out why it was happening so much. We were being so careful! We turned to LoadProof for help. Because the quality of the photos and videos we have uploaded to our LoadProof server is so good, and the ease with which we're able to pull up our records on demand, we can easily prove to our clients that the quality of our shipments is up to their standards. We can show them that we care about how we package and load everything, down to the most minute detail. For order with multiple pallets, either repeat all steps for every pallet OR manually enter pallet IT into the fields. It was such a hassle that the time to take and catalog the pictures often wasn't worth the time- even though everyone agreed the pictures were highly valuable. Now the headaches of contesting loads without pictures are gone. Emailing pictures to personnel within the organization is a thing of the past.
