What I like best about LoadProof is the ease of access. We use it in several places in our warehouses and the accessibility for all stakeholders is as easy as it can be. The cell phone App was easy to install and user access and permissions are very easy to configure. As the QC Manager for our company, this program is invaluable for providing us with photo evidence of our process and the verification of our customer orders. We use it for internal and external audits and for inspections of incoming and outgoing deliveries. LoadProof has become a vital tool to ensure continuous improvement.

Lastly, the cloud-based software is the greatest thing since sliced bread! The ability to safely share your photos and comments with anyone, anywhere is simply amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the few issues we have is not really LoadProof's fault. To effectively use LoadProof it may be necessary to get your employees some training in photography. Believe me, speaking as a photographer not everyone knows how to take clear and useful pictures. Most phones are capable of taking high-resolution, quality color photos, but the people behind the camera may not be as equally qualified and competent. Specifications are needed to make sure you get everything you need to ensure the image will have the details needed to document the case in question. Again, not LoadProof's problem but I am sure we are not the only user that has this problem. Just something to keep in mind to make the best use of this product. Inability to access shipment history from the mobile application, as well as lacking the ability to share shipment photos from the mobile application.

It would be helpful if the mobile application was able to accept photos taken outside of the mobile application to assign to shipments. What I like most about Loadproof is how easy it is to set up and configure new forms and collect information. We utilize Loadproof for a process of Load Inspection and Load validation that gives us the necessary validation to ensure our products are being handled and shipped in accordance to 1st quality standards. Loadproof allows us to easily collect

This information, it provides scannable fields so we can easily use the barcodes on our documents such as bill of loading and in turn photograp the load and the BOL.

It captures the users login ID so we can ensure we are getting full participation from our shipping employees.

The cost model is very affordable as prices are reasonable for the 100 user subscription.

Multiple things. Just set up the meta data columns and data types and then when you go to build a form pick which columns you want and leave others off.

This allows us to have a Load Inspection and a Mobile. Equipment checklist im the same app with the same user administration.

User administration is easy so it can be given over to a admin person in shipping and not involve IT.

Also if you want to share forms or data between facilities the product is set up to allow it.

The only thing that I disliked about Loadproof was that when I bought my initial license count of 30, several of my licenses were already used by my corporate counterparts. When I asked for an explanation the Loadproof guys did a very good job of explaining it to me so I was okay with it. I was told I had the option of putting my installation into its own corporation which would mean all licenses were mine but it would cost more. By joining other facilities in my same corporation a few license are used by corporate admins but the overall

Cost was much lower.

The best part of LoadProof would be the convenience it brings to tracking the quality of a shipments inbound and ourbound and it's ability to catalogue the shipments in an easy to use format. In my building we use the program to not only document the finished load, but also to track the seals of our outboound shipments. In previous operations I have used a digital camera that needs to be downloaded and catalogued on a computer which never happend correclty and leads to issues with researching issues or claims. The only improvement I would like to see would be the option to add to an already started record. For example when we capture the seal on an outbound load we need to create a new record causing each outbound shipment to have 2 seperate records. Having photographic documentation of actual shipments, cartons, and products allows us to, almost indisputably, prove that a shipment was executed accurately. We will not always win, but at least now we have a fighting chance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Certainly, we're adding costs, which I never like, but we can offset those costs by being more successful in winning the disputes. We installed LoadProof onto our tablets to track whether or not stores were compliant with their shipment requirements. Using the ability to upload photos of the product with corresponding shipment information, making claims went from being an extremely time-consuming process to a very simple task. My team no longer had to go through myriad obstacles to upload the documents. LoadProof is very user-friendly, easy to use, and does a perfect job every time. It was much easier to teach both members of the leadership team and the floor associates to use this program, and I personally love being able to use the app on my phone to upload the same documents onto the portal. LoadProof and my team were able to set up/modify the app to track key operational activities within our warehouse. (Forklift Inspections, Trailer/Shipment Inspections, Inbound Quality Opportunities and Self Audits) Oversight on these key metrics has helped shape the way we accomplish tasks and helped our vendors teach/train their associates making both teams better. The data/pics are easily distributed internally and to partners and have strengthened partnerships throughout our network. Candidly, my team and I have had an incredible experience with the LoadProof team. We've worked together to modify the application to support our needs. I'm very interested in seeing the upgrades that the LoadProof team is working on. (LoadProof tracked metrics vs. internal tracking) This will be a key timesaver for myself and my team.
