**What do you like best about Liquid EHR?**

advancing in terms of health care service delivery isn't an easy task. however, with Liquid EHR software all solutions are met. it provides users with a well organised data management system, electronic scheduling of appointments, electronic prescription, integrated auditing and security,billing code verification, clinical decision support, insurance eligibility, charting tool that enable both doctors and patients to interact freely through direct messaging,regular support, patient portals for self services, etc.

**What do you dislike about Liquid EHR?**

Liquid EHR software lacks more advanced features like ability to integrate more with many other softwares.

**Recommendations to others considering Liquid EHR:**

the most appealing thing in life is making the right decision. considering Liquid EHR software is an regretful stand that a health facility can ever make. it is user friendly, affordable, simple to operate, reliable etc.

**What problems is Liquid EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the benefits include; 
fast and affordable health care services
decline in physical workforce
improved communication within and beyond the facility.
better decision due to clinical decision support.
patient portals has enhanced self service.
easy in managing appointments from scheduling and going beyond to send appointment reminders.

**What do you like best about Liquid EHR?**

This software keeps patient records secure and in order.  It is a great product used at my work daily.

**What do you dislike about Liquid EHR?**

It can be a little confusing when putting in new telephone calls for a patient.  Definitely took some training.

**What problems is Liquid EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Switching to electronic documents
