Lineview have also been helpful in allowing us to capture data from potentially missing categories. **What do you dislike about Lineview?** Some of the PLC codes do not seem to pick up properly for specific assets on our line. This results in potentially skewed data as its solely relying on what someone puts in, rather than being able to trace back to a fault code. This is more at risk of happening if operators are having issues on an asset and it takes them a while to get round to filling in comments. It also seems to pull through a lot of incorrect stoppages associated with particular assets that should have been put elsewhere. **What problems is Lineview solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used lineview as a focus point for projects that have been started on two different assets on the line. Through the use of lineview we have been able to capture a start point of total number of hours/mins a particular issue has caused, and where we now are with this issue. ### 4.
