This is really helpful for our performance management meetings. I also appreciate how it allows us to assign projects and engineering resources effectively. The navigator feature, especially, with its insightful dashboards and detailed information, is a notable step improvement from the previous version. The collaboration with LineView has been positive, and the team's response to issues is pretty good. Having used it with Power BI in the past, I found creating bespoke dashboards to visualize data a real time saver. Overall, it's a valuable tool for supporting performance improvement. **What do you dislike about Lineview?** When I'm looking at the data, sometimes it can be a little bit of a light depending on when it's updated. Also, the initial setup, especially with the earlier system B five, was difficult and required a lot of resources and time. For the legacy lines, not having a full license on every machine center was challenging, especially when dealing with conveyor signals. **What problems is Lineview solving and how is that benefiting you?** LineView gives us a clear view of where our losses and opportunities are, helping us address issues quickly. Support has been quick and helpful across the board, with personable assistance from the customer care manager(s). **What do you dislike about Lineview?** Pricing is high compared to other options, both for licensing and for on-site support. It also needs a lot of server-side resources; otherwise, performance slows down. Another issue is that I’m unable to change historical errors in SKUs, etc. **What problems is Lineview solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collects runtime data and line performance, helps identify issues, and supports categorising errors and other problems.
