Levelpath's seamless tracking of contract dates, fields, and important clauses makes my company's management of contracts much easier. We also had a phenomenal implementation and have fantastic customer support from their staff. We communicate on a weekly basis with Levelpath with changes to our workflows, discuss product updates, and overall bring any bugs or issues to the table and they are quickly resolved. This application automatically produces a contract overview that highlights the terms I have specified within the task agent, which saves me significant time, especially when dealing with lengthy contracts. The most helpful aspect is how LevelPath has enabled my team to handle a growing project volume without adding headcount. The only constructive feedback I have is that there is a bit of a steep learning curve with some of the more advanced configurations.
