"True Partner for ADA Advancement"
What do you like best about Level Access Accessibility Platform?

The team over at Level Access at experts in both remediation and advancement to ensure that our digital platforms are accessible to all. This holds immense significance, particularly in our industry (real estate), where strict requirements and expectations are in place to guarantee fair access for everyone. We take this very seriously and enjoy working with a partner who has such great expertise in this area. We also have had a great experience in proactively strategizing for future digital initiatives to make sure projects kickoff with ADA Compliance top of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Level Access Accessibility Platform?

Their old AMP platform is a bit clunky to use, but the good news is that they've been migrating to a newer version which seems promising. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Level Access Platform"
What do you like best about Level Access Accessibility Platform?

One-stop location for results of Level Access accessibility evaluations and scans, remediation projects and tasks, training resources, and more. The company is continuing to innovate on the platform as a hub for accessibility testing, results, and other assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Level Access Accessibility Platform?

There's a great deal of information to sift through, and it can be challenging to find the specific item you are looking for. Also, the Level Access support ticketing system is not integrated into the platform and requires a separate login. Finally, it would be good for the platform to have integrations with additional profject management, tracking, and workflow systems like Gitlab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amanda Rusek of Level Access Accessibility Platform

We're glad to hear that you find our platform to be a one-stop location for accessibility evaluations, scans, remediation projects, and training resources. We appreciate your feedback and are continuously working to improve the platform's usability.

"Good Product, not so great account management"
What do you like best about Level Access Accessibility Platform?

Amp platform is reliable & helps execute both manual & automated accessibility tests with good reporting abilities. Platform offered capabilties to cover good number of aspects of accessibility tests with options to review against various ADA compliance levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Level Access Accessibility Platform?

Not necessarily the platform itself, but the way Level Access works with you. While we used them for multiple years, in the recent past they did not honor a signed contract & they just went dark with no responses to emails / communication. Poor experience in the recent past working with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Amanda Rusek of Level Access Accessibility Platform

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're thrilled to hear that you find our Amp platform reliable and effective for conducting accessibility tests. We apologize for the negative experience you had with our account management team. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We take your feedback seriously and will address this issue internally to ensure better communication and support moving forward. Please allow us the opportunity to make things right by reaching out to you directly to discuss your concerns and find a resolution. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your continued support of Level Access Accessibility Platform.

"Excellent Service and Relationship"
What do you like best about Level Access Accessibility Platform?

The platform is very intuitive and clearly presents the information we need to identify open items and how to remediate them. It is also rich in features that we can use to educate ourselves throughout the design and development process, and to review our interfaces and reports through the automated tools and from feedback provided by the evaluation team at Level Access. The client relationship team is also very responsive and engaged to help us guide us through the evaluation process.

The platform's GUI in itself is an example of what a GUI should strive for when aiming for ADA compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Level Access Accessibility Platform?

Not quite a dislike but more a suggestion to improve the GUI user experience. When moving the mouse cursor over some of the content, the cursor changes to indicate the object can be interacted with (e.g. hyperlink, tooltip). However, nothing happens and when inspecting the object there is no hyperlink or other action to be expected from what I can see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brian Shipley of Level Access Accessibility Platform

Thank you for the kind review and helpful feedback. I've spoken with the Product team about the mouseover behavior on some charts. The team is progressively migrating away from mouseover access to additional details or tips in favor of links, which are more accessible for keyboard-only users. The remaining charts with mouseovers will be converted soon. Thank you for raising this to our attention.

"Very detailed and reliable"
What do you like best about Level Access Accessibility Platform?

Level Access is one of the few companies that have people assist with the accessibility testing. The reports we receive from the testers are thorough and they catch things that the automated systems do not catch. Their reports are written in such a way that it doesn't take a developer to understand the issue.

The information they provide on the nature of each issue and how to fix each issue is amazing. The testers seem to truly care that the site is accessible and want to help. Knowing that a problem truly exists and its severity allows me to prioritize fixes with our development team. The testers also typically provide several ways to fix each issue, so that our development team can choose the best remediation method for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Level Access Accessibility Platform?

In addition to having people test, there are automated scans and monitoring that can be utilized. I use these automated scans as a barometer rather than focusing on individual issues. We get a number of false positives with the automated scans and since I am not a developer, it is difficult for me to understand if an issue found in an automated scan actually exists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brian Shipley of Level Access Accessibility Platform

Thank you for your kind words and your feedback. Let us know how we can assist you with your automated testing. Mastering that process is a great way to maintain your accessibility and measure your improvement over time. We're here to help.

"Great partnership for all Accessibility needs"
What do you like best about Level Access Accessibility Platform?

The Customer support team is terrific and responsive. Inquiries or request support tickets are responded to promptly with estimates expected turnaround. The platform offers a variety of ways to identify Accessibility findings and strategies to address them. When the finding comments are not enough, the team is available for additional technical support via meetings. I can use the platform at any time as needed to run scans or reference previous scans. The system ha an easy integration into Jira. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Level Access Accessibility Platform?

The platform can be a bit frustrating because of the many ways to view a product. Also, updates to the platform are frequent and not always intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brian Shipley of Level Access Accessibility Platform

Thank you for your review. We're so glad you're having success and getting the support you need from our team. And thank you for your feedback. We pride ourselves on our continuous development and innovation. "Solid information / "play with it to understand it""
What do you like best about Level Access Accessibility Platform?

The information provided was in priority order in a few of the reports. This was based on the LA scoring almagation matrix. This helped us determine the quickest way to correct issues and get "the biggest bang for our development buck". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Level Access Accessibility Platform?

The platform itself was not as intuitive as I'd have liked. I was able to determine some things, but had to ask questions on how to find other things. Sometime technology dictates how the interface is set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brian Shipley of Level Access Accessibility Platform

Thank you for your review, Tom, and your candid feedback. If you're using our legacy AMP solution, please be sure to check out the new Level Access Platform. AMP is a powerful tool; yet the new Platform leverages some of the same testing engines but with a much more intuitive interface and better connectivity to solutions like Jira and Figma for better integration of accessibility into the development lifecycle. Ask your Customer Success representative for more information.

What do you like best about Level Access Accessibility Platform?

Very easy to use reporting for audits and its link to azure devops is a major plus for our organization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Level Access Accessibility Platform?

Sometimes its almost too much information to decipher in the reports. However, the multiple ways to access makes that easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brian Shipley of Level Access Accessibility Platform

Thank you for the feedback and kind review, Wendi. We're pleased you're having success with the new platform. The new interface and integrations truly help put accessibility into action. Keep up the great work!
