I appreciate that we've been able to score and enrich leads efficiently, match accounts and expanding its use to find new contacts within our target companies. My favorite function is client scoring - I've working closely with Leadspace reps to fine-tune our understanding of target persons by analyzing job descriptions and the tools these potential clients use. The integration with Marketo via webhook is incredibly smooth, and the lead enrichment happens almost in real-time. The lead-to-account matching isn’t perfect. I’ve noticed delays - sometimes up to a week - when changes need to be made offline, particularly when updating lead evaluations. We’ve learned to work around this by scheduling monthly submissions for offline mapping, but a more unified system would save us considerable time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
