## Lattice Reviews
  ### 1. Key Management Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haroldo S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Lattice has proved to be one of the most important management tools that have helped my team and me develop the skillset required to grow in our careers, exceed OKRs and close gaps. I highly recommend this platform if you want complete and strategic software for your business.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I would love for Lattice to be more user-friendly for my team members. Although they have grasped the basics of the platform, some essential features, such as goal management, should be more intuitive for them. Although they're exposed to a manager-side of the software, it's important to remember who their users are.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice allows my team and me to store our development data so that we can frequently look back and set new strategies and goals for our OKRs. Since using Lattice, my team members have been promoted and developed essential leadership skills.

  ### 2. Great HR Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sai R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Lattice is a great platform to create areas to provide upward feedback, identify your growth areas, track milestones, and goals. Lattice also provides an easy way to document your 1:1s

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Lattice is a great way to keep track of goals and growth areas but making the UI experience more significant when you reach the goals can add to more emphasis.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice really helps with employee engagement - with keeping track of your weekly priorities, goals, and milestones. It makes it very productive to identify and work on your growth areas working with your team members.

  ### 3. Intuitive Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mina L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Love its ease of use and the implementation process has been so smooth. Their implementation team really cares and has been such a great partner in bringing it into our organization.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

There are just a couple of things that could be a little easier or that could be improved upon, but the customer support team and implementation manager have been escalating some of the suggestions to their product team.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice is giving us a way to actually have employee data that is easily trackable. That data is also presented in a way that is easily shared with senior management.

  ### 4. Lattice IDP Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

The IDP is one of the best features in Lattice as it allows me and the managers to track the performance of my individual growth and shows my capability and skills gained.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

The formatting of text options needs to be enhanced.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- It enhances tracking of the current Objectives and Key Results with the managers.
- It allows me and the managers to track my IDP.

  ### 5. Lattice has is a great tool for 1:1's and 360 Reviews.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Lattice has been a great tool for 1:1's, gathering feedback, and 360 Reviews. I used it every single day.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Lattice is better when everyone uses it. When only one side uses it for 1:1 agendas and notes, it diminished the value.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving spontanious feedback has been a great tool. It's really easy to write a feedback on someone while it's fresh & on your mind.

  ### 6. Easy to use platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan P. | E, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

It's easy to provide positive feedback. Lattice integrates with Slack so we can celebrate the team's accomplishments together. Lattice helps to build a sense of community within our company that's 100% distributed.

I also like to use Lattice for my 1:1s. It provides a recap of what you discussed on the week prior's agenda so you can ensure that you pick up where you left off. It has helped me stay organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

At times, it doesn't save my work. I'll be working on a 1:1 agenda w my VP, and I'll notice that it didn't save my notes. This has happened quite a few times, and I'm unsure of the cause.

I also find the OKR format a little confusing. Learning how to set up goals in Lattice has been a bit confusing.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easier to have 1:1s and provide feedback through Lattice than in a Google Doc. I feel like Lattice is secure, and I don't have to worry about my information being shared with others unintentionally.

  ### 7. Lattice is the best people management software I've used yet!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becca P. | SaaS Customer Success Enablement , Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Lattice makes it so easy to share updates with my manager with pre-set questions for 1:1 meetings; keeping a history of what we spoke about in previous weeks and including my professional development efforts right on that 1:1 is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I haven't run into any features that I inherently don't like. However, I think there could be a better extension to connect the content on Lattice with Slack. I find that although it notifies me when I have a pulse survey or a 1:1, I wish it had a bit more functionality in adding to IDPs + growth areas.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice keeps my updates for my manager in one place. It saves me time when prepping for those 1:1s by allowing customizable templates + keeps me accountable from week to week. The reminder emails of outstanding items on the 1:1 action items section are great, too!

  ### 8. Streamlined 1:1s

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

- Simple and intuitive
- Keeps me organized
- Easy to give recognition and solicit feedback

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I feel like I'm still discovering features, and being like oh, dang, I wish I knew this earlier!

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it primarily for everyday team management- 1:1s, feedback, recognition. As a new manager, there's a lot to keep track of, so Lattice really helps me stay organized.

  ### 9. Amazing application

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Its easy to write performance review, keesp track of pending tasks and keeps giving reminder on slack.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Nothing so far, the usage was soo smooth and organised

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reminder to complete the pending tasks before deadline.

  ### 10. Lattice has been great for building connection!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jam W. | Senior Corporate Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

My company has been using Lattice for about six months now, and it has been a huge game changer in keeping track of where we are at weekly, sending acknowledgments and kudos, and celebrating others across the company. I think one of the best features is the ability to see more of what's happening across the company. Since we are a fully remote staff, it can feel a bit siloed at times, so Lattice has dramatically helped with that! I also love that it is easily integrated with other apps that we use like Slack.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Not much at this time. If there was anything I might add, it would be to make it to where I can provide updates right in slack instead of just notifying me in Slack when I need to make an update.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned earlier in the review, I think the best part about Lattice is the visibility it gives into other departments across our company, and the ability to highlight and share successes

  ### 11. Amazing Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akshar P. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

One of the things that stands out about Lattice is its user-friendly interface. The platform is easy to navigate, and the various features are well-organized, making it simple to find what you're looking for. This is particularly important when it comes to performance management, which can often be a complex and time-consuming process.

Another strength of Lattice is its flexibility. The platform is highly customizable, allowing businesses to tailor it to their specific needs. Whether you're looking to create custom performance review templates, set up unique goal-setting workflows, or create your own employee engagement surveys, Lattice provides the tools you need to make it happen.

In terms of performance management specifically, Lattice is a standout product. The platform offers a variety of different performance review templates, allowing businesses to choose the one that works best for them. Additionally, the goal-setting and feedback features are particularly strong, helping managers and employees to set clear expectations and work together to achieve them.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

One potential downside of Lattice is its pricing. While the platform offers a lot of valuable features, it may be too expensive for smaller businesses or startups. However, for larger businesses looking to invest in their people management processes, Lattice is a strong option.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice is solving a number of problems related to people management, which can be time-consuming and complex for businesses to handle on their own. Some of the key problems that Lattice is helping to address include:

Performance Management: Lattice provides businesses with a streamlined and customizable performance management system. This allows managers to set goals and expectations for their employees, track their progress, and provide ongoing feedback to help them improve. This is particularly beneficial because it helps to ensure that employees are aligned with the company's goals and are working towards them in a focused way.

Employee Engagement: Lattice provides businesses with tools to measure employee engagement and satisfaction, including customizable surveys and analytics tools. This helps managers to identify areas where employees may be struggling or feeling disengaged, and to take steps to address those issues. This can be particularly beneficial because it can help to improve employee morale, retention, and productivity.

Talent Development: Lattice provides businesses with tools to help them develop and retain their top talent. This includes goal-setting and career development plans, as well as tools for tracking employee performance and identifying potential areas for growth. This is particularly beneficial because it helps to ensure that businesses are investing in their employees and helping them to reach their full potential.

Overall its help me benefit by bringing defining my goals, and helping achieve them. As a software engineer in this tough market I can help but it utilize it to its full extent.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Ease of use, good for engagement tracking and also for personal career growth.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Intergration with other HR systems can sometimes not update fully if there are not the correct fields setup or there can sometimes be errors meaning you need to manually update things sometimes.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Probation review monitoring and ease of process, employee engagement through bi-weekly pulse survey and annual engagement survey

  ### 15. Product Marketing Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camila C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Keeps my 1:1 organized and my to do's organized as well. Easy to follow along on topics I have discussed with my team and we are working on. I also like that I am able to track my goals.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I am very satisfied with Lattice. I supposed the only feedback would be the option to create weekly meetings as 1:1 but categorize them as weekly meetings so everyone is on the same page with notes as well.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing me to organize my to do lists. It's also allowing me to have clear communication with my team on what is expected and what we're working on. Lastly, it's helpful to organize goals.

  ### 16. Let Your Opinions Be Heard and Shared

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Not only can I get the week off my chest and share it with those who may value what I have to say, but I am also reminded to do so. I don't know about the competition, as this is the only platform I've used. I guess I'm a bit jaded.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

After roughly ten months of using this platform, I haven't yet run into anything I would call an obstacle or dissatisfier. It is easy to use, and I don't even have to think about the timing or being penalized if I don't find the time.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The timely reviews and responses to my team are essential to their development and sense of worth. As a result, my team stays engaged and rewarded, thus increasing their productivity and fostering their self-sufficiency.

  ### 17. Great platform for performance management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saffron C. | People Success Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Lattice is a great tool for companies that need to implement a real performance management strategy. Not only is it completely built out, but they have an extremely responsive and knowledgable team that will be able to guide you towards building a strategy based on best practice.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

The UI is extremely messy. I'm a Lattice admin at my company and getting to specific places on both the frontend and backend is tedious. Worse is when I have to guide managers to specific places, I often find myself writing out many mant steps. Specific example: a manager needs to find who has been selected to peer review one of their team members. They have to go to Lattice > Reviews > Perform reviews > click on the cycle > Your team > Manage team > scroll to the person's name > show reviewers. It's a lot!

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a fast-growing startup and every single one of our previous performance cycles has been a different process. I'm very happy that Lattice was able to help us build a process that will be "future-proofed" because even if we change up the templates and metrics, the platform will remain pretty much the same.

  ### 18. Helpful for tracking goals and 1:1's

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

The goal tracking and update feature. I like the simple percentage update along with the free-form response.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

1:1 tracking can be a little disjointed. Would be nice if it sync'd easier with my calendar.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goal Tracking and 1:1 tracking

  ### 19. Lattice has been a total game changer with delivering feedback at our company!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

The best part about Lattice is to keep track of feedback - it has been beneficial for quarterly reviews to have a hub of examples to pull from. It is so much easier to reflect on tangible examples then having to recall the last quarter from memory.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

One issue I've found with Lattice is there appears to be a glitch when you have multiple 1:1's with the same person but on different subjects, it consolidates the meetings, and we need to add some to keep them organized manually.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Lattice as a centralized hub for one on one's has benefited us by keeping track of our discussions and keeping us accountable for our action items. The ease of looking back week by week what we discussed has resulted in more effective use of our time.

  ### 20. Lattice is fluid, organized, and intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Having everything company related in a single place is really nice. The design of the site/program itself feels natural and intuitive, with tabs laid out where you'd expect them to navigate to different areas. We are currently using lattice to complete peer reviews, and it's been great, with actionable steps and tabs for reminders of praise, accomplishments, and critical milestones and tasks.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

As I use it more, I am sure nuanced scenarios will come up for things that I'd like to see added or included. I know that I have had minor issues with the content formatting when documenting agendas and action items for 1x1s - but can't remember exactly what off the top of my head.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice is helping me/my manager be more organized in creating topics of conversation for our 1x1s, while also giving us the flexibility leading up to the meeting to add in bullet points and other talking points that come to mind. I also like the structure of the weekly updates. they are handy.

  ### 21. Great for keeping track of and sharing long and short term priorities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miriam D. | UX Researcher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Great for keeping track of and sharing long and short term priorities. It's also very helpful that there is a Slack integration that reminds me of the once a week update that I should update.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

It's not intuitive what the difference is between 1:1s and the section called "updates" since I often refer to what I've put in "updates" in my 1:1s with my manager. Now that I've memorized that "updates" is the weekly updates and 1:1s is for more long term updates, it's fine. But at the beginning it was hard to remember.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me document what I've done throughout the week and what my priorities are for the coming week. I also like that it's flexible and you can add additional fields.

  ### 22. People success platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

The people success platform called Lattice enables people leaders to create motivated, effective teams as well as winning cultures and strategic decisions.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Nothing. Once start using you will love it.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice is a platform that links employees holistically. Lattice creates software that helps teams become more effective.
Lattice software is a cloud-based performance management tool that aids managers in keeping track of workers' productivity and advancement. The software aids teams in goal identification, goal setting, goal tracking, check-ins, and reviews.

  ### 23. Lattice it's an excellent toll but need to improve the mobile application.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ricardo M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I've had the pleasure of using Lattice for a variety of tasks and I'm always impressed by the features and performance of the platform. It is simple to navigate and use all of the tools because of the user interface's ease of use. When presenting data and insights in a clear and succinct manner, Lattice's visualizations and reports are enormously useful. The platform's versatility is another benefit I value because it lets me modify my workflow and easily link it with other tools and systems. Overall, Lattice has significantly increased my capacity for data analysis and presentation, and I fully support it to anyone in need of a powerful data analytics platform.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Lattice is a data analytics tool that I generally find to be satisfactory, however, I have had some issues with the mobile app. Particularly, I don't think the mobile app experience is as slick and user-friendly as I would want, and I think some important features are either missing or not suitable for mobile use. This might make it challenging to get crucial information and insights while on the go, which is a significant disadvantage in the hectic workplace of today. I think making improvements to the mobile app experience would considerably increase Lattice's overall worth and solidify its position as a crucial tool for data analysis and display.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I recently started using Lattice for our company's performance review process, and I have been blown away by the positive impact it has had. Prior to using Lattice, our performance review process was time-consuming, inefficient, and often resulted in incomplete or inaccurate evaluations. However, with Lattice, the process has become streamlined and much more effective. The platform's clear and easy-to-use interface allows us to efficiently gather data and insights on employee performance, and the automated report generation saves us countless hours compared to our previous manual process. Furthermore, the visualizations and reports produced by Lattice help us communicate performance data and insights more effectively, leading to more informed and objective evaluations. Overall, I am extremely impressed with Lattice and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to streamline and improve their performance review process.

  ### 24. Review of Lattice 1:1 from User

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I love the ability to easily add talking points and action items to an agenda and then easily check the box once we've talked about it. I also like that any items not checked on an agenda are suggested as talking points for future agendas. I also like that I can add both shared notes and private notes.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I don't always know where to go/click and what gets saved just on my individual lattice page vs. what is shared with other users. This could mainly be a learning curve issue on my end - since I haven't looked to far into any trainings/learning guides.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice solves our issue of tracking long term goals and short term goals in one space. It's easy to look back at old reviews to prepare for upcoming reviews.

  ### 25. Easy to use tool that increases employee engagement

Performance Mgmt, 1-on-1s, Updates, and IDPs in one place. We love that Lattice is comprehensive and increases employee engagement through better visibility into career possibilities.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Would love better filtering in reporting, as we are required to export excel reports and manipulate the views a lot.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assisted us in job leveling, consistent approach in performance reviews and calibration, and more frequent and consistent manager touchbases.

  ### 26. It is nice to use to help keep track of your goals and progress

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I like using Lattice to be able to look at how far I have come regarding progress and my goals. It helps to set goals and see myself achieving them or where I need improvement.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

What I don't like about Lattice is sometimes it is confusing to update my goals. I have been able to do this with the help of my director but it can be confusing at times.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice helps solve the problem of not knowing where I stand regarding my goals. I like seeing progress from week to week and month to month. It can really motivating.

  ### 27. Easy to use tool!

Lattice has helped me better maintain communication, set goals, set 1:1 agendas and track progress within my team. It's very user-friendly and intuitive, and the experience is seamless.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

There isn't much I dislike or can think of. Perhaps there are areas where the number of clicks to reach certain areas could be decreased, but this isn't a deal-breaker or big nuance to me.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I get weekly updates from my team. I have the ability to also see individual and overall team sentiment: this allows me to see how this trends over time. It allows me to build growth plans with my team - see how they're tracking towards their goals. Overall, Lattice has helped improve the communication with the team, work towards their growth, as well as time savings.

  ### 28. Pretty and user friendly but not very powerful

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana C. | Finance Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

For simple tasks like scheduling, taking notes, and getting user feedback Q&A style, Lattice is great. It's also intuitive for a first time user

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

It's missing deeper/more powerful features like being able to create communication threads, flesh out projects, and allow open ended feedback

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had no performance management structure in place so Lattice is helping us get a formalized system in place.

  ### 29. A good 1:1 tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tink Z. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Lattice is a good 1:1 tool for me. Before I use Lattice, when I do 1:1 with my manager, I need to write down our talking points, and I need to write down our communications. And my manager needs to do that on their side. And maybe there is some misunderstanding. Using Lattice, we can review our points together and put the action items there for our next 1:1. Everything is clear.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

For now, I use the 1:1 feature weekly, and it works very well for me. I haven't tried other features on Lattice. For the 1:1 part, there are talking points, action items and shared notes. How should we use these different features? I hope you can have a good tutorial about how we do 1:1.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1:1 tool.

  ### 30. Review after two years of using Lattice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Behdokht K. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

The personal, department, and company goals section allows adding my goal aligned with company or department goals. A progress-tracking option will enable you to divide your goals into smaller sections.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I like it to be more user-friendly. I mean access to different sections and looking for what I want easier. Also, it'd be much better to have a goal viewer option instead of some goal owners.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can track my 1:1 meetings and the reviews I give and receive.
Most of the time, it helps me and my teammates to update our progress towards our department's goals.

  ### 31. Has been really great

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Ease of use, I have implemented in my former roles and It was really easy implement

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

It would nice to know how Lattice can integrate with workday so we can create more robust analytics

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Lattice for performance reviews and surveys. Having everything in one place provides employees a seamless expereince

  ### 32. Exception Opportunity to Continue Career Growth from Feedback collection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracey T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Lattice allows me to reach out to my peers and leadership to get valuable feedback to continue my career growth as well as the opportunity to check in and get a pulse of how I feel I am fitting in with my organization.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I am truly not able to identify any downsides as all opportunities to provide feedback have been provided by Lattice as well as keep up to date on organizational org charts and structure in a fast changing time.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice brings an avenue to identify where are as a company and keep everyone updated. It also provides an avenue for employees to gather feedback on their role within their organization and identify educational opportunities when defining their growth.

  ### 33. Lattice great tool when it comes to peer reviews and manager reviews

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ketan S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

- The way Lattice handles the peer reviews and the manager review is great.
- The org chart which shows the reporting is a great, easy way to understand the hierarchy
- Feature of giving feedback to your manager
- Lattice stores the old self-appraisals/reviews and those are accessible later as well.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

- I have not used the feature goals much, so not sure how that works
I did not find anything else especially which is not useful to me or which I did not like.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice is useful for us for the performance reviews, manager review, peer reviews , and for finding out your peers using the org chart. Lattice can also be used for setting goals.

  ### 34. Expanding use cases for people mgmt

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Objectives flow down from the upper management to lower mevels which reinforces company priorities. The one on one tracking function helps document unique contributions otherwise hard to find.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I find the differebt oermissions between the defferrbt levels chalkenging. Sometimes i need my manaer to updatw progress. Sometimes i can do it myself. I also find the search function and thenassociated filter panel ovscures what i am seeking. Would prefer if search did everything.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice helps maintain weekly rhythms with my manager documenting our discussions which relieves ambiuity. Lattice make the twice a year review process manageable. Otherswise we would random soreadsheets or documents routed to management. This saves a lot of tracking time.

  ### 35. Simple, effective easy to use tool for managing a team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I love the different components of Lattice and how they work together. At a glance, I can see all the folks I have 1:1s with so I can easily prepare. I also appreciate the reminder emails of upcoming 1:1s. When we do our mid year and end of year reviews, being able to have easy access to previous feedback without having to have multiple tabs open is helpful. I also love that I can record personal notes and observations for team members in addition to sharing feedback with them.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I'd say the hardest this is that it currently isn't easy to share agenda templates across our organization. My teammate and I use similar agendas with our direct reports and I'd love to be able to easily share replicable agendas with her.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice makes it easy and centralized to record our 1:1s and other relevant information for performance management. It also gives visibility into goals for me, direct reports, managers, etc. It also gives opportunities to celebrate others through the feedback mechanisms.

  ### 36. Great performing software for work tracking and management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chirayu S. | Team lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

It is easy to connect and interact with your team members and employees in your organization for better project communication. Enables you to track the project status and workflow in your organization. Keeps track of everything and helps you schedule and assign tasks.
Discussion with managers and clients about any project or work is so intuitive. There is also a feature for adding comments on every task or action.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

The UI and the dashboard are not correctly arranged or attractive and unique. One issue I experienced several times was that my account suddenly automatically got logged out from this software, and due to this, data loss was also shared.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increased and made the performance of the workflow more intuitive and effective. Helped us manage all our workflow and data in this software. It has made it easy for all my employees and team members to use this software.

  ### 37. Lattice is the best performance management tool I've found

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

The 1:1 tool makes it very easy to prepare for 1:1s and track notes over long periods of time. It's much better than a long running Google Doc, or other systems I've used in the past.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

A couple of improvements I'd like to see:
I would like to see comments/agenda items in 1:1s be able to just be dragged to Action items, they often end up crossing over and having to copy/paste is a waste of time.

Also, the difference between Goals and Growth areas is a bit confusing.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes it very easy to manage 1:1s and keep track of things we've discussed. It helps with overall performance management. It also makes it easy to have templates for certain conversations I want to have with all Direct Reports.

  ### 38. Good interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinicius M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

The interface is simple and easy to navigate. I can access my 1:1s, Goals and reviews very quickly. The filters for goals work correctly now and its easy to see previous 1:1s;

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

For now there is nothing that i dislke in Lattice. One thing that i didnt like about Lattice was the goals session, because was confusing to separate goals and KRs.
One thing that could improve is the editing and creating KRs and goals.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice centralize all my goals and the team's goals. All my reviews are done on Lattice, so all my performance history can be found in Lattice. One thing that i miss is integration with other platforms, like Google Docs.

  ### 39. This is a great way for a team working remote to stay connected

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wine and Spirits | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I love the transparency to other departments and the organization in 1:1 meetings

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

I wish that lattice was similar to google docs so when you are in a 1:1 you can see when the other person is typing.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not aware of any items.

  ### 40. A great tool to maintain clear career paths, growth, and goals aligned with your manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge Z. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

It notifies and reminds of 1:1s with my manager, keeps my career growth in line, and makes the whole professional development process much easier for me. It further gives me the ability of providing and receiving bi-directional feedback with my superiors, and makes my employee experience smoother.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

So far, the experience with Lattice has been really good. It even integrates with other communications tools so I can fill out surveys, get reminded of 1:1s, give and receive feedback, without having to be on multiple tabs simultaneously.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication with superiors. Feedback flow. Career growth and development. Establishment of clear paths to follow in career within a company. The ability to keep track of established HR-related goals.

  ### 41. Product Manager

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I genuinely appreciate how Lattice simplifies performance tracking and promotes employee engagement. Its user-friendly interface and adaptable goal-setting capabilities enable team members to monitor their progress and stay in sync with the company's goals.
It's easy to comment and add agenda items for 1:1.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Limited control over personal goal-setting and customization for individual users
Confusion about the start and end of the week (Do I need to write an update on Monday or Friday?)

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlined performance management: Lattice consolidates performance reviews, goal-setting, and feedback into a single platform, making it easier for me to track my progress and stay aligned with weekly and growth objectives.
Clear communication: Lattice simplifies communication between managers and employees by providing a transparent platform for sharing expectations, feedback, and progress updates, leading to more productive conversations.

  ### 42. Lattice - creating and tracking goals!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Ease of use
Tools for tracking goals and performance
Implementation time
Customer support

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Ramp up time learning the platform
Scoring goals

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team had a difficult time switching from our old OKR platform to the new one. After communicating this to the Lattice team they were able to set up a training for our team that benefited everyone greatly.

  ### 43. Staying Connected and Accountable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bonnie T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Lattice is a great tool. I have not used it in previous roles. It has significantly helped with keeping the team accountable and able to see their action items. We use it daily for 1:1's, and we are able to show the team how they can work better to close the loop on projects.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

At times things are not easy to find. Another comment is that reviewing previous notes from past 1:1's are difficult to locate.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a whole, Lattice has been organically implementing accountability and engagement by having managers using Lattice for weekly 1:1's. It goes beyond using a PM tool that becomes task related. A manager or team member, can go back to point to what they have accomplished or what they are working on.

  ### 44. Very intuitive and user friendly!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Lattice is very user friendly and aesthetically pleasing. It is intuitive and as an admin user, I find the tools very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

There are minor tweaks I would love, such as more organization of the org chart and downloadability.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization, performance reviews, career tracks, recently adding the compensation tool. All these tools make our performance management more robust

  ### 45. Great Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randy C. | Technical Support Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

I use Lattice daily to manage all my one on one conversations with team members and others alike. Both parties can add to a shared agenda that is then tracked over time has been very beneficial for me to leverage. Being able to turn agenda items into action items has been great as well.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

The only thing I would like more functionality in is organizing my one-on-one into different groups. It would be great to create buckets like "My Team," "Leadership," "Sales," etc...

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of conversation topics & being able to reference past conversation topics. This has helped me be confident in the dates and times that I have had conversations with people on specific topics.

  ### 46. Easy to navigate and use!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

First, I like the entire premise of Lattice - a one-stop-shop for employee information, feedback and growth/goal setting. It is also extremely easy to use. Everything is clearly marked and easy to find. I appreciate the option to link to Slack for easy notifications, as well as the single sign-on if I log out.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

There really isn't anything I don't like. I do wish that we could see real-time results from some of the pulse surveys. Could data immediately be compiled when possible and shown right away? Otherwise I lose track of subjects asked about in the surveys, or even how I personally answered questions.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice is helping me to keep track of my weekly professional goals, while also allowing my manager to stay in the loop with my weekly wins, focus areas, etc. I also appreciate how Lattice is used to provide feedback to each other.

  ### 47. Great For Any Office Looking for an Upgrade in Employee Engagement Systems

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas M. | Staff Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

As an employee, I love using lattice. It makes it very easy for me to communicate with my managers as my company utilizes this system to help with goal setting on a personal, department, and company-wide level. Lattice makes it easy for my manager and I to communicate through the goal-setting features of the system, surveys my company can send out to see how employees feel about their current work within our business and more.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

It can be hard to keep atop the system if it's not promoted widely enough. I like the system, but many of the features can feel like things you'd be able to do on your own through pen and paper or by communication with your colleagues. The nice part about lattice is that it brings it all online. It can be an excellent tool for any team if you're committed to utilizing the system to its full capabilities.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice helps me as an employee keep track of goals pertinent to my career growth and progress on work projects important to my day-to-day role as an accountant. I like using lattice because I have a centralized hub where my colleagues can support my goals, praise others, share goals, and evaluate my progression as an employee to become a better part of my company.

  ### 48. Great experience for getting feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fernando G. | Data Engineer, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Lattice is helpful for me for getting feedback. The platform allows me to retrieve feedback very easily, not only from other teammates but also from people outside my organization.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Lattice only works on the web. The mobile application is not useful at all. Also, I found it difficult to organize my goals and growth areas. Finally, I really dislike that there is no way to add a name for the external person that gives me feedback.

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice is the platform that my organization uses to manage OKRs and growth for applying to a promotion. Also, Lattice is the official platform to get feedback for the projects we are part of.

  ### 49. Great experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Archa N. | Senior People Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Lattice 1:1s ,OKRs,Survey,Number of Features

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

Look and feel . The user experience part of it

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Feedback mechanisms,performance management

  ### 50. A great tool for career and goal management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Lattice?**

Lattice is well organized and easy to use. It has an intuitive design that allows employees to track goals and career development. The best part is the individual development plans that help to break down bigger goals into smaller, actionable parts, and share progress with managers.

**What do you dislike about Lattice?**

The differences between "create goal" and "create growth area are a little unclear." There tends to be some overlap between the two. It would be nice to have some more clarification about how to use those features

**What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lattice provides a way to have reliable documentation of one on one meetings with my manager. There's a record of everything we've talked about and the feedback that has been given and received. It also helps with goal tracking and holding employees accountable for their career goals.
