The way that the various modules within Lattice integrate with one another is a great feature, and the way that each module follows a similar structure that makes it easy to use them all without having to remember a new set of processes. It didnt work well with our organization at first with the way we are structured. We are matrix so we had to remove department goals and make company goals and individual goals the main structure.
