&lt;p&gt;Certent would be the one I’d trust most for payroll-heavy integration based on what reviewers describe. The bigger long-term test, though, is whether updates keep syncing cleanly after HRIS or payroll changes, not just whether the initial connection works.&lt;/p&gt;
