Lattice has tools that helps me stay organized and attentive to my team's projects, goals, development areas, enabling me to show up as the best leader I can. I love Lattice's 1:1 tool as it helps me track each week's topics and ongoing growth conversations and helps me look back at progress when it comes time for Reviews. I also love Lattice's feedback tool! It's so easy to use and I incorporate feedback into my team's reviews each cycle because it's important to me to provide a multi perspective view when coaching my employees. Ease of use and ease of implementation. The implementation time commitment was hours not weeks. We initially implemented all modules except Grow, Comp, and Engage and manged to configure and test all modules in less than two weeks. The product team is very receptive to feedback and also able to help come up with creative workarounds for functional gaps. The customer support is great and very responsive. At this point I don't know that I have any negative points to raise except the lack of a full integration with UKG UltiPro. The out of the box integration does not pull all the fields necessary so we have to revert to a SFP file that is scheduled to run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate that Lattice provides a space for my manager and I to map out topics, needs, and questions for our weekly meetings, which helps us stay organized and focused. I like that Lattice stores previous meeting agendas, allowing me to look back and reference what was discussed, which is incredibly beneficial for maintaining continuity and clarity. I find Lattice's formatting capabilities to be subpar, as it is difficult to create bulleted points, which should be a straightforward feature. What I like best about Lattice is how easy it is to use and how well the features connect with each other. The engagement tools, dashboards, templates, reports, surveys, and 1:1 features all help drive efficiency and make it simple to keep everything in one place. I especially value the ability to see and update company goals in real time, with feedback, goals, and action items from 1:1s all linked together. It’s also really encouraging to see employees engaging with the platform, and managers have shared that it feels easy to use and helps them be more intentional with their teams. What I dislike is that reporting feels like the area that needs the most work. I’d like to see more customization options and additional report templates, especially for payroll and employee insights. It would also be helpful to have more standardization that’s consistent with other HRIS systems (for example, last name then first name formatting). Lattice sets up HR professionals for success with easy implementation, great templates and user-friendly admin tools. I've used multiple HRIS platforms in my career, but Lattice as our performance management system of choice is a huge improvement and really sets our reviews, 1:1s, feedback to a higher, more sophisticated level. Lattice is an excellent performance management tool where I am able to run performance reviews, engagement surveys and document 1:1 meetings with my team. There is no such thing as dislike but the options currently are limited and there could be more features to capture the performance on a monthly, quarterly basis and bring more intuitive features like Gamification that promtes employees to add their projects and outcomes and track it more efficiently on Lattice.
