I’m impressed by how quickly and kindly Lanes & Planes helps me time and again. Most of the staff are highly competent and genuinely supportive. Up to now, I’ve always received help with every issue that came up, and I really appreciate that. I’m very grateful and can confidently recommend Lanes & Planes.

Unfortunately, I have to say that the Lanes & Planes tool isn’t very easy to use. You really need to know exactly where everything is in order to navigate it and operate it properly. On the plus side, whenever I call Lanes & Planes for help, I can always count on competent support.

I often need to book flights, hotels, and train journeys for our Managing Director. With fares, labels, or conditions sometimes changing at short notice, it can get quite confusing. Fortunately, I just have to call Lanes & Planes to get the information I need.

The summary of the bookings is very clear. The ability to upload receipts directly in the app saves me a lot of time after the trip and prevents receipts from getting lost. Additionally, my organization can allow or make changes to the booking directly without me having to do anything.
The concierge service is excellent, fast, and competent.
Good management of travel documents and information on travel details (check-in, travel warnings, etc.)

**What do you dislike about Lanes & Planes?**

Sometimes hotels are not displayed despite availability. Multi-modal travel (e.g., train + flight) sometimes doesn't work so well, or if you know a bit, you can find more sensible connections, such as taking a train to the nearest airport instead of a flight from the starting point to a stopover completely off the route.

**What problems is Lanes & Planes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sought connections and accommodations can be approved more easily and quickly by the company admin thanks to standardization, which saves a lot of time. All travel-related documents can be stored centrally, preventing errors and the forgetting of important documents. And if there are any problems, Lanes&Planes takes over the search for solutions, which is particularly relieving when abroad.

Absolutely satisfied. Lanes & Planes is very easy to use, intuitively understandable, and clearly guides you through the individual booking steps. Particularly helpful are the hints directly in the user interface, the clear feedback during the process, and the immediate confirmations via email.

Lanes & Planes makes travel booking very easy. Booking flights and hotels is straightforward and intuitive, and I appreciate that they also handle flight check-ins on your behalf. The website is easy to navigate and the flight/hotel search is usually quite fast. When I needed assistance, their support team was responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Lanes & Planes?**

In the flight search results, the same departure time often appears multiple times under different airlines and at slightly varying prices. This makes it harder to compare options quickly and makes search results feel cluttered. Grouping or filtering these duplicates would be helpful. Also, some hotels that are available on Booking.com don't always show up in Lanes & Planes, which can be limiting when you have a specific place in mind.

Lanes & Planes makes booking business travels much more streamlined, since flight and hotel booking can be done in one place, and many small but time-consuming tasks are handled directly by the platform.

I appreciate the timely booking with many options and offers from Lanes & Planes. Even with complaints, matters are quickly resolved. I particularly like the user interface, which is accessible both via PC and the mobile app. The quick response is also a plus. Our company has been using Lanes & Planes for two years and has had very good experiences so far. The initial setup was very easy, as a live training session was planned for us and all functions were clearly presented.

For companies, an application process would also be conceivable for travelers. Currently, there is only an approval process for reimbursements.

I find it great how easy it is to independently book connections or accommodations at any time through Lanes & Planes, even if a train is canceled late at night. I also like the platform's easy operation. It calculates the mileage allowance and the additional meal expenses very quickly for me. The calculations are legally compliant and error-free, which saves me a lot of time. Compared to before, when I had to search for all connections via Sixt or booking.com, it has become much easier with Lanes & Planes.

If a budget is exceeded, for example with a rental car, the entire input process must be repeated after the budget is approved. And often the prices change by a few cents. That should somehow be saved or simplified.

I can independently book connections or accommodations at any time, even in case of cancellations. It is easy to use and quickly and legally calculates mileage allowance and additional meal expenses, which reduces errors and saves time. It used to be more complicated with Sixt or booking.com.

For companies, I have bundled all bookings and at the same time employees of the platform as assistance. Thus, bookings for hotels, trains, or flights can be easily represented. Furthermore, all receipts for expenses and accounting-relevant items such as additional meal allowances can be documented and created in the system. The site is very clear and almost self-explanatory, easy to use. And if something doesn't work as desired, the support is very quick and competent to help.

We have been using Lanes&Planes for years in the old company and there have never been any problems.

**What do you dislike about Lanes & Planes?**

The pages are no longer up-to-date after 30 minutes and I have to perform the search function again, otherwise I can't book. But normally, one stays on such a task and doesn't switch to other activities.

What I like most about Lanes & Planes is the combination of an overall very intuitive platform and really strong customer support.

The booking interface is clear and easy to understand, even without extensive training. Especially during the first use, the guided introduction helps to quickly find your way around. Overall, business trips and expenses can be organized in one place, which noticeably simplifies processes.

I would particularly like to highlight the support: In a specific situation on site (hotel check-in abroad), there were uncertainties regarding cost coverage. The customer service agent reacted very professionally, calmly, and solution-oriented, directly communicated with the hotel, and ensured that I could check in anyway. The follow-up the next day also worked reliably. This type of support provides security, especially on business trips.

Overall, the platform offers a good user experience and significantly facilitates the entire travel process.

Partially, the filter and sorting functions in the booking view could be implemented a bit more flexibly and intuitively, so that one can find the appropriate options more quickly. I think the biggest USP of Lanes & Planes is its customer service. I really like that you can always reach someone when you have a question, and that issues are resolved very quickly. The whole team is also very friendly. On top of that, it’s great that the platform gives an overview of possible hotels, flights, etc. all in one place, which cuts down the time I spend searching for options online. The platform itself is very easy to use and easily understandable.

Recently, I tried to book a flight, but the booking couldn’t be confirmed right away. However, customer service resolved the issue very quickly, and I received the confirmation the next day.

When booking a hotel, I sometimes miss the option to add breakfast. Even though the hotel itself offers breakfast, I don’t always see that option in Lanes & Planes.

For our company, handling bookings with Lanes & Planes is very straightforward. I no longer have to pay with my personal card upfront and then request reimbursement from the company, which makes things a lot easier. Great platform for booking business trips. Various booking platforms are integrated for accommodations, so you get a clear display of different options and can find the best price more easily. Additionally, different modes of travel and transportation can be quickly and easily compared.

Over Easter, I needed support for an Airbnb booking, and despite the holidays, the team responded very quickly. Very cool.

Sometimes the platform does not recognize public addresses and then cannot find suitable connections. Additionally, public transport should be included as part of the journey to make the planning more complete.

The most helpful thing about Lanes & Planes is their customer support. I had an incident that I had booked flights for the wrong dates and I came to know abut it only when I received the web check-in confirmation email from Lanes & Planes. I tried to cancel the flight but they called me up and suggested that they can also rebook the flights at a desired future date without any additional cost to the company.
The platform is so easy to use. The integration with the company payment works really well.

Lanes & Planes is solving a problem for corporates to book flights for their employees. For us, earlier it would be a complex process for employees to choose and share their desired flights / hotels, the office administration would book it for the employees. There would be situations where back and forth communication is required between office management and employees.
Lanes & Planes makes it easier for employees to book flights, hotels and trains at their convenience with all the rules related to approvals and budget limits are taken care of.

I appreciate the consistently accurate invoicing at Lanes & Planes. The support is easily accessible and provides good assistance with problems. The simplification and accuracy of the invoicing significantly reduce the effort in accounting.

**What do you dislike about Lanes & Planes?**

Search functions and filters can be improved. For the search functions, the criteria do not always apply, e.g., with the 'with breakfast' filter, rooms without breakfast are still displayed. With the filters, it is very annoying that only a few criteria can be specified by the company and that employees have to re-enter all the filters every time they change a search. The filters used are often the same because they often involve basic criteria. Recently, we unfortunately noticed that offers from, for example, booking were not retrievable on Lanes & Planes (called up simultaneously) and that prices unfortunately deviated upwards. This was different just a few weeks ago.

Because the platform covers various providers (e.g., Booking.com, but also many other providers for hotel rooms as well as various airlines), booking is actually very easy and comfortable, contrary to my initial skepticism. In terms of price, I was able to achieve better results with my previous bookings than, for example, by using Booking alone. The booking and billing process, as well as the forwarding of hotel inquiries, went smoothly. The support also responded to an inquiry in a reasonable time.

You can book everything in one software, whether it's a flight, rental car, or hotel. It's super fast and easy, and the customer support is very quick. For example, when I compare the prices of Airbnb directly with L&P, the price of L&P seems very fair to me.

The approvals happen very quickly. A maximum budget can be set for the employees. If this is exceeded, one can still request and it can be approved. This uniformity saves us a lot of time and work.

Super fast service when there are "problems". The support is always easily reachable, responds promptly, and provides reliable assistance.

The booking option is also understandable, clear, and quick to handle. Likewise, the travel expense accounting via Lanes & Planes is simple and self-explanatory.

**What do you dislike about Lanes & Planes?**

Due to the multitude of providers, it is sometimes a bit confusing. Additionally, hotels are often shown as available, but as soon as I select the hotel, the rates are disabled.

**What problems is Lanes & Planes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer need central travel planning through L&P.
