I use Lanes & Planes for all business travel and expenses. Both the web as well as the mobile application have incredibly bad user interfaces and there seem to be a lot of bugs. When booking hotels for example, it is impossible to understand the different room categories, as they lack proper information. There are often bugs when booking so when you complete the booking process, there is an unknown error and you need to start allover again. When booking trains, you cannot choose your seat reservation or when booking hotels, you cannot add amenities like breakfast to your booking. Expense management on the mobile app is so cumbersome and takes twice as long as with other applications I have used. Can unfortunately not recommend Lanes and Planes at all.
