Simple, straightforward, and helpful
Recently, I booked a hotel. Unfortunately, it was only possible with the "non-cancellable" option. The period of my stay changed at short notice, and a rebooking was necessary. Although the hotel room was non-cancellable, Lanes&Planes was still able to quickly and easily carry out a rebooking. A big thank you again at this point for the short-term and uncomplicated change.
