&lt;p&gt;I’d pay close attention to how non-employee identities are governed after provisioning. Contractors, service accounts, and AI agents can easily fall outside the normal joiner-mover-leaver process, so visibility and ownership matter just as much as the initial sync.&lt;/p&gt;
