## About Kept
Kept provides supportive off-boarding, preserving employer brands and helping departing employees land on their feet. There&#39;s a lot more than just COBRA. While we also provide best-in-class COBRA administration, we give teams bandwidth without requiring any additional budget. Customized off-boarding documents can be generated for any active employee to prepare for a more meaningful handoff to the Kept team. Severance agreements often include COBRA subsidies, which we handle in a set-it-and-forget-it way. The Kept platform will then support each departing employee with AI-enabled assistance as they navigate unemployment benefits, insurance options, 401k consolidation, and even job placement.

**What do you like best about Kept?**

Some of the best things about Kept

- Modern interface: The UI/UX is far better than existing COBRA systems (which are painful to use)

- Customer Service: Fast response times with helpful information. 

- Easy to Set Up: The setup process is simple.

- They continue to launch new features and improvements

- Kept helps COBRA eligible beneficiaries evaluate non-COBRA options (huge win for the former employees and our clients). 

Kept also integrates with our BenAdmin platforms and finally, we like their compassionate approach to COBRA.

**What do you dislike about Kept?**

We have not had any issues so far — We have moved the majority of our business to Kept and we are very happy about it.

**What problems is Kept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Better experience for admins and employees
- Easy to setup
- Easy to use (set it and forget it)
- Easy to renew

Just light years better than legacy COBRA providers.

**What do you like best about Kept?**

We love Kept and Topher's stellar service, quick response times, willingness for feedback, and lack of system issues. The fact that we don't have to think about anything with Kept means it's a great partnership. It was easy to get up and running with Kept, as Topher stayed very close as we ironed out any post-implementation winkles. Once we were set, it's been smooth sailing. We use Kept weekly and everything works as expected.

**What do you dislike about Kept?**

Quite honestly, nothing. Kept is amazing. They're our favorite partner we work with by far!

**What problems is Kept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Kept as our COBRA administrator, so they send off any paperwork and work with the carriers on our behalf to ensure terminated employees can continue using their benefits.

**What do you like best about Kept?**

Kept is built around the insight that employees don't stop mattering when they leave your company. They take a really unique approach to making sure employees and dependents know their health plan options (not just COBRA) and are otherwise well treated on their way out the door. And the Kept team is exceptionally responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Kept?**

I thought about it and I honestly can't think of a single downside.

**What problems is Kept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When employees leave a company, they need to offer continued health benefits through COBRA. But because the employer is no longer subsidizing the benefits, COBRA may not be the best option. Kept solves this problem, leading to happier and more efficient employers and employees.
