Kept provides supportive off-boarding, preserving employer brands and helping departing employees land on their feet. There's a lot more than just COBRA. While we also provide best-in-class COBRA administration, we give teams bandwidth without requiring any additional budget. Customized off-boarding documents can be generated for any active employee to prepare for a more meaningful handoff to the Kept team. Severance agreements often include COBRA subsidies, which we handle in a set-it-and-forget-it way. The Kept platform will then support each departing employee with AI-enabled assistance as they navigate unemployment benefits, insurance options, 401k consolidation, and even job placement.
