**What do you like best about HRSoft Long-Term Incentive Management?**

CompTrak helped us to implement an annual salary cycle within a very tight timeline back in 2021. Since then, we have been able to run our annual review cycle successfully each year with great feedback from the business. The future looks bright as there are a lot of exciting new features on the product roadmap and Comptrak has made investments in their customer success and project management teams to ensure even smoother implementations and cycles.

**What do you dislike about HRSoft Long-Term Incentive Management?**

Historically, Comptrak at times lacked the resources to keep our projects on track during our annual cycle. We do know that they have made investments in this area and are looking forward to seeing their increased success in this area.

**What problems is HRSoft Long-Term Incentive Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CompTrak solves the ability for us to do salary planning across a very broad business where our users are of various technical skill sets (ex. this product is very easy to use for those who are maybe not as tech savvy)

**What do you like best about HRSoft Long-Term Incentive Management?**

I like the simplicity of the platform. It is intuitive and easy to navigate. I like the flexibility it provides in customizing it to what our organizational needs are.

**What do you dislike about HRSoft Long-Term Incentive Management?**

The speed of the platform can be slow once the cycle opens up to leaders & HR. There seems to be a disconnect between Comptrak testing and releasing it to us for testing - what I mean by this is that the majority of the time items were supposed to be ready for testing, but then when our team would test, it would end up  being broken/incorrect. There needs to be more testing done on the Comptrak side before something is released to our team for testing/verification.

**What problems is HRSoft Long-Term Incentive Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the problem of managing our base pay, annual incentive, and long term incentives manually in Excel. The playform allows us to manage our compensation budgets & administer our Compensation programs to a large employee population.

How customizable it is. We found that CompTrak can configure international compensation in ways that most other comp tools cannot

The least helpful part about CompTrak is that they aren't always 100% clear on what final output will look like on a custom product so sometimes customer expectations are not in line with final output. There are also still aspects of the tool that should be working and are not after being active users for over 2 years

**What problems is HRSoft Long-Term Incentive Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Comptrak was able to solve the issue of having very different pay structures between geographies and having customizable compensation change letters by location instead of having to manually create comp change letters for nearly 1000 people

More "hyper" support during our rem cycle

**What problems is HRSoft Long-Term Incentive Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Move away from manual fragmented process to a more streamlined process and online solution. Enable HRBPs and managers to have more strategic, data driven remuneration conversations rather than dealing with data/spreadsheets.
Provide the CEO and Senior Executives with real-time view of remuneration decisions and streamline with reporting and approval process - there is still some way to go in this area but we are heading in the right direction.

Comptrak has helped us streamline a number of our processes. I am consistently impressed by the team's ability to understand a process so quickly and implement improvements.

**What do you dislike about HRSoft Long-Term Incentive Management?**

There seems to be a lag between getting process improvements and bug fixes pushed into production. We've struggled to close out some tickets due to delays in switching functionality from dev to prod.

**What do you like best about HRSoft Long-Term Incentive Management?**

We've been working with CompTrak for over a year and have had a wonderful experience with the team as they've helped us build out a system to better manage our employee investment programs. Specifically, we've been impressed with how agile their capabilities are - particularly since our programs are so nuanced. They've helped us move our data out of Excel and into a system that is 1. much safer for our data and 2. much easier to query. They've also helped us to design a forward-facing portal with improved, dynamic reporting. It was a huge win for the employee investors, as well as for my team. Throughout the project, the CompTrak team has been an absolute delight to work with. Very helpful, engaging team members - we look forward to catching up with them each week! Overall, we highly recommend the CompTrak team and are very grateful for everything they've helped us accomplish.

Managing data in a system, rather than Excel. Benefits include: vastly improved reporting (internally and externally) as well as safer data with controls in place.

The tile system, which classifies different categories, is very user-friendly and comfortable to navigate through. The service delivery is also excellent with catering/ modifying to client's requirements with perfect turnaround time.

**What do you dislike about HRSoft Long-Term Incentive Management?**

Maybe the timezone difference. Sometimes it is frustrating to wait a day to get the data imported into the system, wait for an email confirmation, and the next day you do the checks if there are no issues. The time difference between Canada and Europe sometimes affects turnaround time and not getting quick results.

Great application if you are looking around for an application to smoothen your HR operations like talent acquisition, compensation management, equity, and benefits program management

We are managing complex promotion and equity-related programs and trying to have them entirely implemented through applications rather than relying on manual work. Comptrak is flexible, and with the integrations with systems like Workday and Docusign, the processes are getting smoother for us.

Highly reliable team whom we can trust to give the right advice, highlight risks and propose alternative possibilities given the context to develop the solution together.

Would be great if the next iteration can focus on overall UX and reduce manual work needed outside the system. As the concept of total compensation is more embeded now, we believe that simplifying the process can be a next step to improve the overall process and experience.

If you are after a collaboration partner who will always prioritize the customer's need and go the extra mile, I recommend CompTrak.

I like the continued improvement of Comptrak. It is steadily evolving to meet our needs and what we are trying to accomplish each year.

We have to start from scratch so it can be a bit difficult to play around with but it isn't a huge complaint. We understand that we have to customize it the way we want to get our desired results.

The team who helped us develop Comptrak, they are very customer-obsessed, work efficiently and helpful.

The design. It would be great if we could change it to look a bit modern.
More easy options as an admin (for example, going through the change log is very difficult and could be made easier)

Our experience with CompTrak has been great. We have given them some business and HR challenges which wanted to tackle with a system and they developed it in a way that was perfect for us. They are very service oriented. They also delivered in a very short time frame.

Since we started working with them, I can not think of anything I did not like.

Easy to use tool, great customer service, they think together with you and adapt their system to solve your problems. Probably the best compensation tool I have ever had.

Stock Options, Bonus but mainly they solved for us the concept of ongoing budgets through the year in salary increases.

We used CompTrak as our year-end tool. It had a very intuitive set up. It was flexible enough to accommodate OMERS' needs which is often hard to find.

The implementation process could be better but to be fair we were working with really tight timelines. That complicated matters.

We needed a flexible, easy to use year-end tool and CompTrak has definitely delivered that. I have heard many amazing feedback regarding the tool when we opened it to people managers and HR teams.

CompTrak is very user friendly, the appearance overall is also very appealing. The user screens are well thought out and organized. We liked the ability to customize the user input screen. Support from CompTrak is great. They are quick to respond to questions and queries.

Only minor things such as the reporting feature where there are pre-built reports vs the ability to created an ad-hoc report. Thats not the say the pre-built reports are not great, they are fine.

Work with the CompTrak team so they can assist you to catering to your needs. This will give you the best experience with CompTrak.

Using CompTrak to plan compensation at yearend in an efficient way. We also use CompTrak to help store any mid year compensation awards such as retention awards. We also use CompTrak to store and calculate equity deferrals.

A leadership team that is supportive of crafting solutions that meet business needs while the tool provides an effective end-user design to drive a positive experience

The tool in its current state does still have limitations as the CompTrak team continues to add functionality allowing it to solve for more use cases.

With complexity around the number of compensation programs that exist, CompTrak allows us to solve for unique problems that our other Compensation tools do not allow for. This has resulted in a tool that is built for purpose and handles a significant portion of our overall compensation pool while evolving every year to bring a positive end-user experience. The customizable reporting capability has also won over a lot of our business users as well.

**What do you like best about HRSoft Long-Term Incentive Management?**

The system is very intuitive once set up and does not require a lot of training for the business. 
The team I worked with was incredibly knowledgable, very flexible with our changes during the process while assuring the quality of it.

**What do you dislike about HRSoft Long-Term Incentive Management?**

The only minor draw back would be the limitation on branding, when it comes to colours, fonts etc. Not a real issue for us and might have been to due to the short timeframe we had. Other than that we had no problems from CompTrak side.

Make sure to have the processes you want to handle with CompTrak clearly defined. But even if you don´t, CompTrak can guide you with recommendations during implementation.

Our company needed a proper system to keep track of our newly introduced equity program for employees and help support our promotion and annual compensation review processes.
Our former system was not capable to handle this properly, and CompTrak helped solving these problems in a very easy and smooth way.
CompTrak is capable of making very complex and extensive processes easy to use.

CompTrak supports digital transformation and has great experience  supporting clients across diverse industries. We are in the middle of implementation of a compensation decision system and happy to leverage built in, ready to deploy features and enhanced capabilities resulting in an intuitive, modern and easy user experience. The real time data updates, and reporting capabilities are a big win. We've had good success with delivery of compensation statements in previous two years.

We are trying to implement a fairly complex compensation tool within a very short period of time. It has its own set of time sensitive timelines. Dedicated team of professionals who are very responsive. The real time data updates, and reporting capabilities are a big win. Auditing capabilities are also a key benefit as as admin user.

CompTrak is very user friendly, both on the administration side and the end user. It is very easy to navigate and provides real-time updates. The functionality are tremendously comprehensive.  It simplifies the way our working from year-end planning to equity management.

There is not much that I dislike about CompTrak. It just takes some time to get familar with the CompTrak.
