Since implementation, our handle times have decreased while maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction. Additionally, the Keona team is consistently responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Nothing! Everything has been great and so easy to train our staff on.

I don’t really have any downsides to mention about Keona. The system has been great for us, and the support team is consistently responsive and attentive to our needs.

**What do you like best about Keona CareDesk?**

We have been involved with Keona for many years and have watched it grow and expand into intelligent scheduling and triage software. We've had the privilege of working alongside developers to customize Keona to our growing practice's needs. The integration with athena and the scheduling rules have streamlined our call center beyond what we ever thought we could achieve.

**What do you dislike about Keona CareDesk?**

There isn't anything we dislike about Keona at this time. It continuously meets well beyond our expectations.

**What problems is Keona CareDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have 40+ providers, all of which have their own set of scheduling preferences. Instead of our call center having to reference a manual to schedule with our providers, the scheduling rules in the background of Keona allow them to work without the need to reference a handbook for specific details. The software also allows us to push emails to certain patients for appointment reminders -- eliminating the need for paper reminders to be mailed out. Keona also eliminated the need for voicemail messages. All of our patient's verbal messages are sent directly to the clinical team's virtual desktop, preventing missed callbacks due to a lack of detail in a voice message.
