It brings nurse triage, call center work, patient communication, online scheduling and EHR workflows into one platform, so the same team can handle more patients. CareDesk was built for patient access from the start, not retrofitted from a general CRM. Its scheduling rules engine gets 99% of appointments scheduled correctly on the first attempt. Guided workflows onboard new call-center agents in 2.5 days. Nurse triage runs on Schmitt-Thompson protocols, and roughly 30% of appointments self-schedule at mature clients. CareDesk works on top of the EHR you already use, including Epic, Cerner (Oracle Health), NextGen, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Allscripts and Greenway Health, and reaches patients by phone, web, SMS and patient portal.
