The ability to view everything through a dashboard is incredibly helpful, providing a comprehensive overview. I appreciate the easy-to-use interface of Keka, which makes navigating the software a breeze. This smooth experience helps me to focus on important HR processes like employee onboarding, tracking attendance, and generating employee reports. Additionally, the features like birthday posts, KRA/KPI, and employee engagement surveys and polls are invaluable tools for enhancing employee interaction and productivity within the organization. Overall, these aspects of Keka significantly improve the operational efficiency and engagement in my workplace. **What do you dislike about Keka?** I dislike the restrictive file size limits that Keka imposes. It doesn't allow uploading files above 2MB, which is a major drawback. This limitation complicates processes like manually posting creative birthday posters, anniversaries, or special days on our platform. We end up spending a lot of time creating designs in Canva, and then we have to compress the size because Keka doesn't allow more than 5MB. This consumes a lot of time and effort and even hampers the quality of pictures.
